Tha stucco and flashing of our two story housewas stained and needed either cleaning, painting and/or coating. We have used Arrow previously for roof repair and were pleased with their work. Where other contractors came and pitched their product, Terry Diamond of Arrow Building came and suggested trying power washing first to see if it could eliminate the stucco stains. If so the only painting would be on the flashing. This was the least expensive option if it worked! We tried but the stains remained. It was worth trying! Terry presented two recommendations. We decided on a polymer coating. Their proposal was very competitive so we went with Arrow. The Arrow crew was great...professional, courteous, clean. Just as with our previous project, this one went great. We would recommend Arrow Building to anyone

Great knowledgeable company to work with. They were able to correctly and legally have our old asbestos fiber-cement siding removed and disposed of and then replaced it with contemporary fiber-cement siding. All at reasonable prices. Some companies never call back when they hear the word **asbestos**.

I interviewed 4 businesses to get an estimate of how much it would cost to paint the exterior of the house. Some seemed more dishonest than others, but when I interviewed Terry Diamond representing Arrow Building I felt comfortable that I could trust this company. They also had the lowest price, which was also nice. After they had finished the job, I looked around the house and didn't see anything that had to be redone. I liked working with Tony who did most of the work and supervised the other workers. When I saw something that needed to be done better, they didn't hesitate to make what I wanted better. When all of the work was completed, I was satisfied with the quality of the work that had been put into the painting of the house. I am very happy that I made the decision to go with Arrow Building to paint the exterior of the house. I feel as good now about Arrow Building, as I did when I first met and interviewed Terry Diamond for the job. Michael

(Total coincidence that my name is Terry - there were lots of Terrys around those couple of weeks) All the decks and stairs around our 1980 house were falling apart from termites, dry rot and just general age. We had hired Terry Diamond to rebuild the roof on one deck a couple of years ago and were extremely satisfied with that work. So this job was much bigger. It included demo-ing and removing one set of stairs completely, rebuilding the back deck, demo-ing and replacing both front decks and the stairs that connect them. Then painting the entire house. Terry gave us a quote we were happy with and the crew got started within days. The workers were professional, respectful, and showed great pride in their work. There were huge smiles all around when it was finished - really the house looks brand new and so handsome! Terry kept in constant touch with us throughout the project and was immediately available to discuss mid-course corrections and decisions. And Terry Jr is a pleasure to work with. We said it to him and will say it here - we could not have been more pleased. Next year the bathrooms!

Great work done with friendly and professional customer service. The job was completed within the time specified that also included a Saturday. I was explained what was to be done each day and shown the progress of it at the end of each day, which I really appreciated. Terry and his crew and Tony and his crew were outstanding and did a spot on job of cleanup at the end of the project. Highly recommend this business and will consider them for future home improvements also.
