One of the better roofing companies that I had business with, they know what they are doing, explain everything in detail and why they suggest doing it that way. Explain what roofing material they will be using and why they believe that it is the best roofing material on the market today. They were on time, very nice and after the job was done, they took me on the roof where we went over ever detail of the job. They are a small company that gives the best bang for your dollar. I am very please with the work that they did and I most certain would have them do other work for me. Highly recommended.

Terry responded almost immediately and had an expert at my home in under an hour even though it was not an emergency. Terry's son explained everything in detail, showed me the materials and went straight to work - he repaired or replaced about 15 tiles in no time. Courteous, reasonably priced and responsive - perfect.

Arrow Building did an excellent job in repairing the leaks in my roof. The employees explained to me in detail what they were going to do and went over everthing upon completion of the job. They accomplished this in some very inclement weather, very windy. I know I wouldn't have gone up on the roof.

Work was acceptable quality, completed promptly and on schedule, cleanup was thorough. Demand a formal DETAILED estimate of work to be performed, including itemized list of material and labor. Oral agreements and handshake deals are insufficient to ensure your expectations will be met. We had formal quotes from other contractors that were in the same ballpark for total price, but which included much more work. Be watchful of materials costs--MUCH more material was ordered and delivered than was used. What happens to that excess material (who pays for it and who is entitled to any refund or use of those materials?

Nice job on the roof. One problem, trash was left, but one phone call took care of the problem.
