About us

September 1st, 1992 David & Donna opened the doors of Highlander Paint & Decorating. It was their vision to start this business to sell paint, wallpaper and a little hardware (plumbing, electrical, tools and gardening supplies). Eventually, they got rid of the hardware part of the business and expanded into decorating. The wallpaper selection grew very large, and at one point the store had over 650 books to select from. After some- time, they decided to embark even further into the industry offering blinds, drapery and home décor. In 1999, they started doing interior and exterior painting with a guarantee that cannot be beat. Highlander has recently taken on some other facets of the business with upholstery (we do this on site), carpet and flooring. It has been the policy of Highlander Paint & Decorating to give the best service that can be provided. We value our customers and pride ourselves on providing quality service with integrity. There are always three decorators on staff at the store to help with all your decorating needs. Combined they have over 60 years experience. Come on in and enjoy the store or just stop by and say hi. We are open Monday thru Friday 7:30-5 and on Saturday from 8 to 3. We hope there will be a time for you to come by and let us provide you with helpful service whatever your project might be.
