I called Jeff and he immediately made time to come and meet me the same afternoon. This was for my rental property and I did not have key to the front door (the front door had a 2nd lock with keyless entry that was always used). Anyhow, he came over and realized that much more needed to be done... he matched the key for both locks, one was bad and had to replace the lockset. Then he pointed out to me that the patio door's locks were not secure, which I had completely forgotten about... anyhow, I was busy with prospective tenants, Jeff took care of everything for me, made me new keys, took care of everything and even came back later to lubricate one of the locks. Excellent job! I was very happy with his work and impressed with his professionalism.

Excellent! The owner of the company, Jeff Pugh, did the work. He found a door that color matched the door frame perfectly.He took his time discussing the pros and cons of different approaches as to security of the property. His installation was excellent and the door looks beautiful. What impressed me in addition to the quality of the work, was his punctuality - he came when he was scheduled, and always called ahead when leaving the previous job to let me know he was on the way. to better pinpoint his arrival time. He was personable and easy to work with, and the job actually came in a little under the original estimate! Gave Angie's list discount. I highly recommend him for any locksmithing job! .

He was on time. He carefully assessed the entire house and existing locks and handles, and then made good recommendations about the best way to proceed. He rekeyed the entire house, changed out some old deadbolts that would not key correctly, picked some handles where we were missing keys, and installed a keypad deadbolt that I requested. Everything works great, and we feel much more secure in our new home as a result. I highly recommend Jeff's services.

I called Jeff at 8 AM and he was there a few hours later. He would have com earlier but it wasn't convenient for me. He presented a few different options for rekeying or replacing locks and also secured a slider for me. He was on time, professional and reasonably priced.

Looked up locksmiths on Angieslist.org. Called at 9am on Sunday. Was able to be there at 10am - thought we might need 2 doors unlocked, but only one needed unlocking. No problem. He was professional, pleasant, and very responsive. Even explained why this lock was different than the other doors. Would definitely call him again!

Jeff was very prompt, very easy to work with and very competent. He listened to the problem we had with our main entry door mortise lock, and then suggested the best way to fix it. He also suggested several other changes to our locks that were very good ideas and we asked him to make them happen.

Great work and good guy. I asked Jeff to change out all the locks on the doors of my house. He changed all 12 of them and gave me 8 keys. He was very fast. He seems to be as straightforward as a person can be. He was conversational but continued to work while talking, so the job went quick. I would highly reccommend him. I introduced him to the owner of Harvest Home Improvements thinking that there may be a connection developed there. Pete at Harvest is the most trustworthy contractor I have met, and Jeff would fit right in personality and work wise. I hope you use Jeff. ( or Pete for that matter)....

My home safe would not open. Based on the reviews on Angie's list I called Jeff. He immediately returned my call and informed me that he was out of town and would not return until April16th. After explaining the problem nd indicating I wished o have it solved before his return, he referred me to Frank Chaco. I called Frank and he came to my home within one hour and looked at the problem. He diagnosed the problem as a defective solenoid, apparently a common problem with electronic locks on these safes. He was able to open the safe within a short period of time. He indicated that the solenoid could be replaced but indicated that the problem could reoccur; also the cost for the part and installation would approach the cost of a new safe. We chose to replace the safe and Frank agreed to remove the old safe at no charge.

He was friendly, he told me when he would call back. He was very punctual. He was here for about 25 minutes and he knew exactly what to do. He was very polite and he did a good job for the services that I requested. I called 3 places and they all stated that I needed to change all my locks. But Jeff was able to save me about 100.00 by using his service. This was your first time using Angie's List and it was a great experience.

Jeff was awesome from the start. We called and he said he could be out the same day. He arrived on time and got the job done quickly. He was professional and courteous. He was happy and didn't balk when we asked him to make us a lot of keys. I would definitely use him again.

Jeff arrived on right on time (he was lucky to find a parking spot very near!), with a young apprentice who was as careful and as nice as Jeff. We all spent about 15 to 20 minutes discussing our situation and various grades of locks, deadbolts, and the ever important decision of knob versus handle. After pointing out the weak spots in our security, Jeff and Pedro removed and replaced our fairly minimally secure locks with ones that actually perform their intended function of security!

Very well. Jeff was on time, quickly determined what the lock status was, explained to us what he thought we should do, and then he was very efficient in doing the work. He was also great about cleaning up. We have already referred Choice to our real estate agent for future clients.

This was an excellent customer experience. Jeff was prompt, professional, thorough, happy, neat and courteous with no hint of pressure. He offered choices of products and had what I needed with him. He noticed, addressed and repaired a misaligned strike plate that was causing a problem unrelated to the repair I paid for and also serviced other locks for me and made extra keys as part of the basic charge.I was and am very happy and give him a very strong recommendation. Arrived on time and had to unexpectedly replace front doorknob when original knob was unable to be rekeyed due to rust but had replacement on truck and charged a reasonable amount.

Emailed Jeff on a Friday night, and he responded immediately. On Saturday morning he setup an appointment for later that afternoon. He was prompt and very thorough in addressing our lock needs. He took less than an hour for the whole job and was very easy to work with.

Locksmith was on time. Assessment of my lock needs was done collaboratively - locksmith was very respectful of my money concerns and security concerns. Also, I wanted to maximize the security of the currently in place locks. The locksmith informed me of how to maximize the current locks and the use of a very reasonably priced patio sliding glass door lock. I was shown the various locks and told of the individual attributes and costs. NO pressure was given to any buy particular device. I was given the information and I made my choice. The installation was done very professionally with the locksmith explaining every step. The locksmith was meticulous with his work. He cleaned up better than I clean and that's saying something. He keyed the new locks with my existing locks - something that I didn't even know they could do. I am completely satisfied - to the moon and back - with the service and the professional attitude and demeanor of the locksmith. Thank you

Called Jeff around 5pm on a Wednesday. He was able to come by the same night. Arrived around 6 and got right to work. We had 6 locks and 2 deadbolts to have re-keyed. Very quick and very reasonable prices.

I have already recommended this company to others and would definitely call him again. We were worried about being unable to lock the door at night since the key was stuck on the outside. Another locksmith could not come today and referred us to Jeff. We called him at lunchtime and he was able to fit us in by 4 pm. He called a half hour before arriving and came promptly. We learned that he has worked in our complex before. This firm gives excellent service. We would certainly call him again.

Jeff arrived on time and was very professional. At first he thought the security door may need a separate key but when testing my existing key he said he can make a match for all four cylinders. Jeff was quick and the keys work just fine. I asked him a few security questions and he gave me appropriate tips. I felt his rates were comparable to other reputable locksmiths. I had seen stories on TV addressing scam artists and wanted to make sure I hired a reputable company and I feel very confident about Jeff''s work and business.

Jeff arrived, discussed with me my options, and then got right to work. He had a mobile van so he had all the supplies he needed to get the job done. He's very good at what he does and suggested some security upgrades (like a full steel reinforcement well to prevent the door from being kicked in). My only complaint, and a very minor complaint, is that Jeff forgot to clean up the wood shavings on the floor at one door. It was dark and he was somewhat in a rush so I guess it just slipped his mind. Overall, great experience and I will only use Jeff from now on, thanks!

Jeff was FANTASTIC! He re-keyed my house as asked. He was able to come within an hour of my initial call. He didn't try to up-sell me on anything and even suggested NOT doing something I had thought about doing. I'd use him again in a minute!

Jeff was prompt , courteous, and professional, explaining the best way to rekey the entry door locks on my new house. He even showed me how to use the emergency key on my garage door, which was really nice of him to go out of his way to do. Job was complete in about an hour. Price was reasonable, and the 10% off coupon from Angie's List was helpful too. Would gladly recommend this vendor.
