Lucky that CVA was able to take a look at the project (fairly small in scope, maybe 10-15 patches on the walls, ceilings, skylight area, etc.) on one day and then start the work the next morning. Sanding was done a couple of days after the hot mud was applied. The bidding process was quick and very clear, and the explanations of how the work was to be performed were easy to understand. Clint and his helper did the work as specified. It was a quality job with great customer service! I'm happy they could fit our job in so efficiently.

Clint and his crew were great to work with! He was on time on the visit to do the quote, was reasonable on his pricing for this labor intensive gig, and our vaulted ceilings which are a challenge. The work was done a bit early, and very neatly. His guys were quiet and trustworthy. We definately recommend CVA for your North Bay popcorn ceiling removal needs.

CVA was on time and very clean.

I received a phone call within seconds after getting off my computer. We discussed the repair work needed on the phone and he gave me an estimate. I sent him pictures of the damaged wall via cell phone. They were here to do the repairs at 8am the following morning. The final charge was the exact estimate he had quoted me. No hidden charges. Very friendly, efficient, and professional. We would definitely use them again in the future and would definitely recommend CVA to others.
