Excellent from start to finish

I spoke with Sarah on Monday, explained that I need my bedroom painted by Saturday because I was moving in on that day. She came over that day, discussed and advised me on paint/design options. Her crew came in 2 days later and painted my room. When I came home from work Friday night, the room was painted and perfectly spotless. It looks great. I would recommend her services because she's prompt, an excellent painter, and very neat.

Sarah Beck is highly professional and responsive. She returned my initial phone call promptly, arrived on time for our appointment, and returned for a second consultation after I accepted her bid. We agreed on a time-frame for the job which was approximately three days, and she adhered to that schedule performing the entire project while our family was away on a short vacation. Her crew has been with her for several years; I felt comfortable enough to give them access to the house in our absence. The quality of the work performed is excellent. The newly painted walls, windows and doors look gorgeous, and no damage was done to any of our belongings. I highly recommend Sarah and her crew for their professionalism and the quality of the work.

Sarah supervised her crew and instructed them well in detail on the jobs to be done. I am a single senior citizen and it was very important to me that moving the furniture and heavy stuff was part of the job. They moved all the furniture into the middle of the rooms and covered everything with plastic sheeting. After the job was done they moved everything back into place and they vacuumed the spaces at my request. I placed a lot of emphasis on the doors and frames. I am very satisfied with the work.

Work crews were prompt each day. All dings and marks were marked with tape in advance. Kept work areas clean with virtually no spattering of paint. Work areas were neatly taped and drop cloths were used where larger areas needed painting. Cleaned up carefully at the end of each day. After all the work was finished by her work crews, Sarah Beck walked through each room and exterior work area with us to ensure that all areas had been repaired and painted to our satisfaction. Finished all work in two days per the estimate. No additional charge for the small amount of additional paint that they purchased. Promptly provided the receipt for the check and the conditional release. Sarah is courteous, personable and takes customer satisfaction very seriously.
