Better much reliable...

I hired Robert and Stacy because of their warmness, quick response and following-up calls for scheduling the service. Robert even did my favor to help replacing a light bolb, which was located a very difficult place to reach. The reason I gave 4 out of 5 stars was there was a misunderstanding about what were covered and not covered as they offered a quote of their service. I used to hire similar service for years. The same term of 'cleaning kitchen' was covered much more items as AC provides. I suggest that customers should clarify the exact their requirements and expectations with AC Crystal before locking a deal.
