From the start to finish (initial phone calls to completion of the move-out cleaning), Robert and Stacey and crew (aka AC Crystal Cleaning Services) were Amazing! They are the REAL DEAL when it comes to cleaning your home or the home you are moving out of. They quoted substantially lower than well-known competition in area, yet they deserve well more than what they quoted (not to mention what the competition quoted). They were early for the quote (waiting in their car) and early for the work (Again, very professional and respectful). They are very intelligent and personable, while not distracted from the job they came to do. Very pleased with their service.

Hired them to do a whole house cleaning after moving out. Stacy and Robert were extremely professional. They asked to stop by earlier in the week so they could accurately estimate how long. They were on time, brought all supplies and ensured everything was removed. All cleaning was top notch and we and new owners had no problems with any of the work. Wish I found them before we were leaving the area!

Robert did a great job with our moving out cleaning. Our apartment has molds built up on wall, and Robert managed to clean it up to the best someone could. The work took longer than expected, but Robert was very committed to get the job done regardless of the extra longer time. He also helped me communicate with the property management about the mold issues. I would definitely recommend AC Crystal Cleaning to anyone who is looking for a responsible and thorough clean up.
