I was very impressed by the quality of work. I will definitely use their service again.

They're really great. They are excellent. Martha is the head of the business and she work with her girls. She's so friendly and nice. I think the girls speak Spanish so I can't converse with them. She's just a nice woman and I'm satisfied with the way they clean the house. They're the best I've ever had.

I left them a message saying that I needed a cleaner and could they call back. They did not call me back.

One of the most important things I look for in a business is integrity, commitment, follow through and communication.. I called Martha and made an appointment with Palomares business to come by my home to discuss some work and possibly set up a recurring service. The appointment was made and she never showed up. I gave Martha the benefit of the doubt and I called her (no answer left a voice mail) simply expressing my concern and if she would return my call. It never happened. I can only say that if this is the service she provides then I am most happy to not use it. I need a business with some integrity and follow through with commitments. I could have accepted a cancellation and another time, but she didn't see that it was necessary.

They were all amazing and did a great job. They sent four women and her son. Her son, Matt, cleaned all the micro blinds and shutters in the home. The next weekend he returned with his grandfather to clean the windows. The women made sure to wash the walls, inside the refrigerator, and the oven. They did absolutely everything they needed to do. They were very thorough. The owner does everything herself and responds quickly. I was so impressed with the service and I will not use anyone else.

Did a good job cleaning just didn't put things back in same place after cleaning.

Martha answers her own phone calls so if you don't reach her right away you might have to leave a message since she does have a lot of clients and is most likely working if you call her. I should note that she did text me at 11p the night before to see if she could come earlier since another client cancelled. I'm a night owl so didn't mind the late night text which I know some people might, but I was happy that she could come by earlier in the morning. I was even happier to see that I got Martha herself. I wanted to do a move-in cleaning service for a kitchen, master bathroom, 2 other bathrooms, and a powder room. The quote she gave me over the phone was exactly what she gave me in person after she inspected the place. When I told her that I was having new floors put in and painters coming she was very honest and told me that I could save money if I had her cleaning after all those things were done because all the remodeling would certainly get everything dirty in the place again. That was very kind of her, but I told her I couldn't stand looking at the place with the condition it was in. There were 5 college kids living in the place for over a year and it had never been cleaned. Martha originally stated that she was bringing 4 people to clean for 2hours but when she showed up there was only 3 of them and then one of her employees got sick so it was down to 2 people. She ended up staying for 5 hours of cleaning! But she is such a hard worker! I never could have imagined the place so clean! I thought I would have to replace or repaint the cabinets in the kitchen but she made them look brand new! She wasn't satisfied with the master bathroom shower and wanted to come back to do a better job. The shower had so much mold in it before and she had spent 2.5hrs trying to clean it. Honestly I don't think anyone could have done a better job under those circumstances. I would definitely recommend Palomares cleaning services to anyone and wouldn't hesitate to call Martha for future services. Thank you so much for making my first home purchase look so new again!

Martha and her team are very professional and do great work, the entire house is spotless, this is the second time they have cleaned my house.

Martha and her crew were efficient, timely, and very professional. I hadn't been able to do a deep clean (including walls!) for some time. They left me feeling like it is a brand new home. They were cleaning up after a home project involving replacing all the home's 20+ year old windows with vinyl ones. Lots of dust on every surface, horizontal and vertical. I can't stress enough how wonderful it feels to have a clean place again.

Martha's crew is friendly and they really do a nice job. The first time they showed up I was surprised that Martha was not with them. Their crew leader apologized and after explaining that Martha was out with a serious health problem, I allowed them to clean my home. The next time, Martha showed, and raised the price by $50 explaining that the other person did not bid it out correctly. I accepted the new price. The next month, the price was raised again. When was this going to end? Martha was pleasant but seemed to have a ready list of excuses when the service needed rescheduling, when she can't show, or when the price creeps up. I found that to be unprofessional and ultimately didn't feel right. Maybe they found my house too annoying to clean (I have a mixture of delicate stone, wood, carpet, etc.), or too far out of their normal service area? I would have preferred an honest assessment from the get go. I ended up trying out two more services before finding a wonderful house cleaner that has been working out fabulously ever since (I would recommend her on Angies, but she is not listed on here). I think Palomares is a great choice for a once needed deep cleaning, but I would not recommend them for ongoing cleaning based on my experience.

Martha and her team did an excellent job. The house was really dirty from floor and painting work, plus the previous owners. They cleaned every room and the kitchen and appliances, it was perfect timing when they finished as the movers showed up when they were done.

Scheduled for a new home cleaning. Was asked for the sq footage if the home which I gave them. I was quoted between $400 and $540 for the job - it would not exceed $540. The team arrived on time and began working. I received a call from the owner of the company later in the afternoon telling me that I did not tell them the correct sq ft of the home. She believed that the actual sq ft was about 50% higher than what I told her. I told her the exact sq ft of the house, as it was new construction based on a full blown architectural plan. I told her I would how her the plans when I got back. She indicated that it was a much bigger job than she thought and she needed to bring over another crew to finish. When I got back to the house, I showed them the plans with the sq ft exactly as I had mentioned. I ended up paying them $600 because I felt bad for them, but they really lacked professionalism accusing me of lying about the size of the house. The job was done reasonably well, they did miss cleaning some windows and cabinets, but overall ok.

They did great job cleaning up the entire house. They were on time, friendly, and professional. I would recommend them!

I went very well and they were prompt, polite the clean-up was great.

READ IF GETTING SERVICE IN ARIZONA. APRIL IS UNRELIABLE. CALL THE NON LOCAL NUMBER AND TALK TO MARIA. THERE HAVE BEEN A TREND OF APPOINTMENTS MADE WITH APRIL GETTING NO-SHOWED. ANGIES LIST DOES NOT VALUE THESE REVIEWS AS HEAVY AS WHEN THEY SHOW UP AND DO A BAD JOB. I called and spoke with April three weeks before the date requested for service and scheduled and appointment. The day before the service I had not heard from the company or recieved a confirmation call, this did not worry me because some company's do not do this. The morning of the service I decided to call April and confirm that they were ready to come (This was to act as a baby shower gift for my wife, I wanted the cleaning done while she was at the shower so she, and all the new baby stuff, could come home to a great clean house). Imagine my suprise that the local Arizona numbers had been disconnected. After momentary panic I called the 949 number. I got a voicemail and left a message. About an hour later Maria called me back. She let me know that April was not availible and that I had no appointment. I somewhat calmly explaned the problem with that, she apologized profusly and said she would call me back with a solution. 30 Minutes later she called and had two workers that would be able to come, she even gave me a little discount. The work was fantastic and my wife was plesently suprised.

I called and left a message three times with this company and sent an email to them asking for someone to get in touch with me because I was greatly interested in hiring them after reading the great reviews I saw here on Angie's List. Unfortunatley, no one ever took the time to respond at any time. Therefore, I cannot say anything good about them. If you can't even return a call or email to a prospective customer, then you certainly don't deserve my business. Their response says a great deal about them in my opinion.

I have never had my house cleaned like that before. Three gals showed up and worked harder then I have ever seen. The house looked like new when they were done. I plan on using them in my new house. Martha is a doll!

They were wonderful, compassionate, and very accommodating.

I highly recommend Palomares for quality of cleaning and thoroughness. However, many cleanings needed to be rescheduled for a variety of reasons on their part. Unreliable. Eventually, Martha canceled my cleaning services altogether stating that she does not clean houses in which people live any more. She did not bother to phone me personally to explain. Instead, I received a "sorry" text. Unprofessional. I am looking forward to hiring a reputable cleaning crew who is thorough, cost efficient, and reliable.

Their cleaning IS thorough, BUT... their vacuum broke , so they had to use mine. On Their 4th scheduled appointment to clean, they DID NOT show up. I called Martha & she blamed her iPad for messing up the schedule! She then said she would call her crew to come out later in the afternoon to clean...I was so mad I just cancelled my entire service with them. On the days they come, I make sure all of personal effects are stowed away, all the lights are on etc... In other words, I clean before the maids arrive. So for her to do this is very unprofessional and irresponsible. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THEM

It's our second time to use them and we went back to them because we like them. They do a very thorough job in cleaning. We used them also for my son's apartment.

I've had two other cleaning services before and Palomares is supremely the best ever.
