This woman is simply amazing!! I have lived in my home with my elderly mother for the last 20 years. While we have maintained our home and keep it very clean and tidy, it had not been deeply cleaned for years because we both now have medical conditions that prevent us from getting into the nooks and crannies. It was just too much for us to handle. So we did a search on Angies List and found Martha Palomare. I contacted her via email and she promply replied, I scheduled and she arrived promptly. Martha came in with her helpers (6), did a walk through of the house asking specific details about exactly what I needed done. They quickly went to work extremely hard the next 2 1/2 hours. Martha was excellent at directing her crew, making sure there was good communication as to who was doing what, what had been completed and what needed to be worked on next. She was wonderful about asking when question arose, suggesting items I hadnt realized needed attention and was on top of every detail. The entire group was dressed professionally and were very pleasant to have in my home. I particularly liked Martha's son Matthew. He is such a hard worker, efficient, throughly cleaned whatever he was working on. She should be very proud of his obvious work ethic. All in all it was a great experience and I certainly won't be waiting another 20 years to have them back.

She is very clean. She does a good job. She is personable. She is just very good.

I started out with Martha and her team last year when I hired them to clean my house post construction, I was so impressed with the work they did that I now have them clean on a regular basis. They are friendly, efficient and always on time, and I find the price is fair for the work they do. I love that there is always between 4 to 5 people that come so the work is done in no time. I highly recommend Palomares cleaning service.

They were fantastic and did a great job. They told my husband that some things were very clean and volunteered to clean all baseboards and moldings around the house since things were not too messy or dirty (at no additional charge). They also offered to clean the outside of my kitchen cabinets and did not charge us, but included it in the original cost. My husband loved them and said they were quick, efficient, and very well priced. They did a great job and we are planning on hiring them again, but on a monthly basis. Very trustworthy, friendly, and courteous. Loved them and would recommend them to anyone. A+++++++. We apologize for not getting this review in sooner.

I called Martha a few months ago for the first time based on Angie's list reviews, the crew of four did exceptionally great job. My house has never been cleaned that well before. Martha is a lovely lady and the crew is detail oriented, extremely fast, hard working and skilled. The individual members of the crew certainly take pride in doing their best the old fashioned way. They cleaned the house in such details, and such fast and energetic pace, it was a pleasure to witness such caring and dedication. I asked them to come again after Christmas and they were as wonderful as the first time.

Martha was amazing. She explained everything and listened to everything I wanted done. Appointments were made promptly and they notified me when running a little late. She brought a crew over and when It was done, went over what they did in all the rooms/bedrooms. Every bit of the house was cleaned, up to the vases and jars were all washed. Furniture was polished, windows and frames cleaned. All the little metal bath stoppers and kitchen sink drainer was so shiny!! Had no idea they could get that clean. They cleaned up the muddy hardwood floors from my dogs and even took apart my dusty fan and cleaned it inside out. Overall it is worth the money. They do a very thorough job and will definitely be using them monthly or biweekly.

Palomares Cleaning have done an exceptional job cleaning our house over the summer. When they first visited, they did a deep clean that was very thorough. Since then, they have been been visiting every other week. We were impressed by the quality and thoroughness of their efforts. It is a pleasure to see the house after they have visited. Maria and her team are very professional, on time, hard working, and easy to reach by phone. We have worked with other cleaning services before Palomares, and believe the thoroughness of the Palomares team to be exceptional.

Wonderful! Martha Palomares brought a crew of 4, and they started cleaning the second they arrived and never took a break! It was a 7 hour job and it was a hot day, too! They are very self reliant and followed my instructions and I was very comfortable with them at all times. I will be using Palomares Cleaning Services again and again, to keep my home looking and feeling beautiful. I have worked with other cleaning companies over several years for my home and even my elderly father's. Martha's company is the best ever!

Overall, the company does great work. There is some variation depending on who is in the crew but I am quite happy with the services provied.

Did a very good job. Cleaned the condo much better than I thought possible. They suggested they would sweep leaves out of my patio, which they did. I can't remember when the bathrooms were so clean. They even cleaned inside the oven and microwave. I am happy with this company's service and so I'm having them come back regularly.

They provide all the cleaning supplies showed up on time and stayed late to finish the job. What more can you ask for?

We have been using Palomares Cleaning Service since March 2013. Initially there were no problems with the service. They did a great job cleaning our home but recently their service has been falling off. My original review which is still posted says they are great. Well no longer! Over the past few months Martha, the owner, has called to reschedule the agreed on appointment and on one occasion never showing up without even a telephone call. Tonight she called again to reschedule an appointment for the next day to later hours. This schedule has been in place for the entire year, she agreed to it yet now she wants to always change it for a later time. Martha also informed me that she would no longer be cleaning houses after our last appointment scheduled for tomorrow. Her company would be working only on bigger cleaning projects and no longer wants the house by house business. Wow, nothing like leaving your customers in a lurch. Seems customer service means nothing to Martha are her company. I would never recommend this service to anyone and if asked my recommendation is stay away from these folks.

They got to the house early. Had 4 ladies to clean. We were amazed at how thorough they were. Even my kids noticed what a great job they did! I can see why they have earned awards. The house was sparkling clean. Going to have them clean on a regular basis.

We recently bought a home that we wanted deep cleaned prior to moving in. In addition to that, we have a condo that we were living in that we were getting to rent out. So I called Martha after finding her on Angie's List. I left her a message on a weekday evening and she returned my call the next day. I told her about the two properties that I wanted cleaned, she gave me a quote and we set up dates and times for her and her team to do their work. They first cleaned the home we were moving into. The day we got the keys, the previous owner had already hired a cleaning service to clean the place before we moved in. Because of this, I called Martha to cancel the cleaning on this property. However, after seeing the mediocre job the other company did, I immediately called Martha back and asked her if she come before our planned move-in date (which was the very next day). She was able to fit me in the morning of our move-in day... Which was perfect because we wouldn't be showing up with the moving truck to unload until the late afternoon. She and her team showed up on time, and she called me about 30 minutes before the job was complete so that I could come in time for when they finished. She walked the home with me to make sure that the cleaning was done to the highest standard - and boy, it was spotless!! They got into every nook and cranny of the home - including behind and underneath appliances. They got to all the leftover dust and cat hair that the other company did not clean. They completed the job in the amount of time quoted, and charged us exactly what she originally quoted. The second property I had them clean was a previous residence (condo) that we were getting ready to rent. I had several scheduling conflicts on my end, but Martha was wonderful and did everything she could to accommodate my schedule. Again, they showed up on time, completed the job in the amount of time quoted, and charged exactly as originally quoted. The rental was spotless!! I was beyond impressed by the quality of work her team did. Although a bit on the pricey side, the quality of work, and ease of communication is worth it. I will definitely use her services again - I hired her for the move-in/move-out service, and I am highly considering using them on a regular basis.

Martha and her crew came for an initial housecleaning. As soon as they left, I went up to the master bath to give my son a bath. I noticed fine scratches all over the mirror and wardrobe mirrors. I called Martha right away and she claimed that her crew could not have caused these scratches. She said that they only use microfiber clothes. I did not watch them, but if that is true, it seems to me that something abrasive got caught in the cloth, because I never had these scratches before. She gave me the excuse that there may have been residue on the mirror from products that my previous cleaners used, causing the scratches to be less visible before. Seemed doubtful. I have cleaned these mirrors myself in the past and never seen these scratches. Anyway, after I hung up I noticed fine scratches all over the wood furniture in the master bedroom. This is a new set, so there could not have been any "build up"' on the furniture. So frustrating! They were also very overpriced, they charged 50% more than my previous cleaners. I gave them a try to see if they would do a more thorough job, given the substantial price difference - no such luck. My son had dropped a toy under the couch, and they just dusted around them. The products that they used left a strong odor, that took a few days to dissipate. Needless to say I would not use or recommend them.

On initial appointment everything went great, loved the cleaning crew and their process. After the initial cleaning session, it went down hill. The owner failed to keep up the second appointment and fail to return our call. My family and were left on trying to clean up and prepare our house for the holidays when she fail to show or return my calls. To add insult to injury, a next appointment was scheduled, and no one showed up or answer my calls. Today when I finally reached the owner she had been on vacation and claim to have no record of our previous appointment and insisted we had a future appointment we had never discussed. Too many misses by the owner to be coincidental. We will not be using their services any longer.

Martha and her team showed up exactly on time and immediately got to work. For a deep clean she brought in 5 people for 3 hours. The house looked fantastic the only thing I noticed was the kithcen floor didn't look as clean as I had hoped. I mentioned it to Martha and she insisted on coming back and redoing the floor the next day. Everything else looked fantstic. The drains sparkled, the dust was gone, the shower doors had not water spots on them. When I got home from work the house just felt clean. I had a friend visit the next week and she asked if it had been professionally cleaned because everything looked spotless. I really appreciated Martha's professionalism and attention to detail. Any small requests I had made prior to service were taken care of. I highly recommend her service.

I left 2 voice messages to get an estimate - they never returned my calls. I then sent them an email requesting an estimate. They never answered my email. I would never use them in the future due to their lack of customer service and professionalism.

They were very thorough, on-time and very nice. Communication with them was very good. Their prices are high however.

She does good work and has a good crew. They are very nice and very efficient!

I conveniently set up my appointment with Martha, the owner, through text messages and she came perfectly on time with her girls. She brought five girls and together they covered almost every inch of the house in two & half hours. FYI, it's a pretty big condo and there were only a few things I had to ask them to do because they were very thorough. She was very nice and cooperative about the few things I had to point out. She also gave me a very good price for getting into her regular bi-monthly schedule. Although, the price is much higher than I expected, I am really satisfied with the work and would love to use her service again. Thanks.

Martha and her crew were excellent. She is super professional, sweet, and a neat freak! (just the way one would like). She was very particular on cleaning every aspect of the house. She encouraged me to look around and make sure I was happy with everything and to let her know if there was anything that got missed. She is not only a leader but she also helps her crew. Her crew didn't miss a spot! I would definitely recommend her services to anyone looking for cleaning service.

Martha and her team had a real challenge with this task and really came through. I would hire them again in a minute!
