It was very important to me that they were punctual and got in and out before painters came. They had short notice and they did a very good job of that. They knew the scope of the job and they provided 7 people to do the job. They got it all done in a day which was a big feat. It was nasty and 20 years of nicotine caked on the walls with dirt mixed into it. They did an excellent job. I would use them again.

Martha and her team did an exceptional job. She scoped the job in person, sent a great team, and met my expectations 100%. They all worked like a professional group from start to finish. I will continue to work with them for all my cleaning needs .... routine and deep.

. They arrived and started immediately to work on our house and were very friendly. Martha asked several times to please go through the rooms and house and see if there is anything else they may have missed and to be sure we were completely satisfied before leaving.

I was very happy the crew showed up with all of the items needed for cleaning. Each person had their own supplies so they were able to work independently and that helped them finish on time as they promised.

My Mom passed away on 8/15 and I needed housecleaning services on short notice before family from out-of-town arrived. I left a message at the (949) number listed on their page in Angie's List. Martha returned my call within a couple of hours and very graciously agreed to fit me in to their already full schedule. They did arrive about 1/2 hour later than estimated but since they were fitting me in, that was perfectly ok with me. A team of 4 women arrived and did a very deep cleaning of the main living area of the house, including 1 bathroom. They ALL worked extremely hard for nearly 3 hours without taking a break for even a moment. Besides the routine cleaning that is expected (i.e. dusting, vacuuming, etc.) the team dusted and polished every item, every book, every picture frame and vacuumed all of the furniture as well. The house sparkled when they were finished. I HIGHLY recommend this company to anyone who wants great work done at a very fair price.

This company worked for us twice. April, one of the owners came the first time and assured us that her company was very thorough, detail oriented and reliable. She told us that she would be personally on site for every cleaning and that we would have the same crew of four people to clean our home. We tried Palomares Cleaning and they did a reasonably good job cleaning on the first occasion. At which point we made an arrangement for them to come on a weekly basis and negotiated a weekly rate. They following week they showed up late and April (the owner who promised us she would be present at all cleanings) was not present. Three out of the four people were different and they did not speak English. We called April and she made some excuses, said she would call her crew and explain to them what we wanted done and our other preferences. She promised that she would come the following week, guaranteed us that it would be the original crew that we had so that we would not have to waste time explaining to a new crew each week what to do and our preferences. The following week they did not show up to work leaving us without housecleaning the day before we were expected to have guests arrive. Numerous subsequent phone calls to this company have gone unanswered. This company is totally unreliable, their services were ok on the first occasion and marginal on the second but quite frankly if a company is so unreliable and does not even have the common courtesy to return a phone call they should not be in a service business. It is absolutely despicable to treat a customer like this for any reason but if you are in a service oriented business and people trust you to work in their homes, you should be held to a higher standard. THIS COMPANY OVERALL RATING IS "F". They are completely incompetent, unreliable and rude. Any consumer would have to be insane or foolish to hire this company. They are awful!

Palomares is an excellent company. They bring an efficient team of workers, usually with the owner, Martha, working alongside them. When they dust, they pick up/move objects rather than dust around them. The products they use seem to be of a higher quality than what I was used to with prior cleaning services. They are very punctual and will always give me a call if they're running even 20 minutes late--another change from other services I've dealt with in the past. They do charge more than I was used to spending, but it's been well worth it!

Set up an appointment for her to come and give me an estimate. Twice she called with an excuse why she couldn't come that day. The third time I called to verify she was going to show up and was told by her daughter that she had already called and talked to my husband to cancel for that day. My husband said she had not spoken with him and I asked her to have her mother call me. Needless to say she never called and today was the day she was to have been here to clean. Of course she was a no show. If you have lots of time to sit around and wait for a call this is the company for you. If you really need your house cleaned Don't Call This Company!!

Martha showed up with 4 other workers. They were very fast and did an excellent job. They did so much more than I expected and I couldn't be happier with their work. I will use Martha again

We are expecting our second child any day now and we needed a thorough, deep cleaning of our home. In the three and a half years we've lived here, this was our first time having someone deep clean our home. I called Palomares based on the reviews here on Angie's List and I was not disappointed. Martha, the owner, is very professional and very responsive to phone calls and emails. When I called her, she happened to be at another client in my community so, she came over right away to give me an estimate. On the day of the cleaning, Martha and her girls arrived on time and got to work right away. They were professional, friendly, efficient and thorough. My house is clean from top to bottom. My stove and my baseboards are gleaming! There were five people total and it took about three hours. I thought the price was reasonable for the quality and the number of people. I called a few other companies that gave me much higher quotes (and did not come out to see the house). Friends also recommended their house cleaners which would have been cheaper, but those were typically one or two persons and would have probably taken all day. I am very glad I went with Palomares and I would love to use them again in the future.

We started to use Martha's cleaning service last fall. We first did the "deep cleaning" and her team did a wonderful job. We were very pleased and setup a regular schedule (every 2 weeks). For the first few months, I would have rated her a B+ or A-. Then, the past 3 cleanings (6 weeks), the service dropped off. Mainly in the kitchen where she had a new person cleaning. Martha had to come back once and was going to another time. Martha is nice and is good about coming back if there was anything messed up. She also had some minor damage repaired. There was some damage to our wall that took place while they were cleaning. Overall, I think she became over-extended and the quality decreased. I went off of the reviews posted on this website and I am sure others do as well and she has probably seen an increase in her business. Our house is pretty big, which even for 5 people would take 2 to 3 hours to clean. She would have 6 or 7 more to go to the SAME day. So, with driving in-between, the math just doesn't add up and I am sure they started to rush to get them all done. To top things off, I received a text that she is no longer going to clean our house. I don't consider that very professional and was disappointed that she did that. Phone call, email, voicemail, anything else would have been more appropriate. She stated that she just wants to stay in her area of town and doesn't want to go to NW Phoenix anymore. I am sure there is some truth to that, plus she probably prefers people who won't notice if things are missed and won't care if they don't put the time and effort into the house. I still have to figure out how to address a couple of items that were messed up the last time, including stains in a hood over our stove top and a broken spice jar.

Martha and her team have been cleaning my vacation rental private home this entire season and have done an exceptional job. Her schedule is flexible enough to accommodate the 3 -4 hour turn around times we have between the departing guest and the new guests coming in. Martha and her team are extremely dependable , meticulous and very fast. I have received many favorable reviews from my renters remarking on how immaculately clean the vacation house is. I could not be more pleased with the great job I get each time with Palomares Cleaning Service.

We were very pleased. Palomares quickly returned my initial phone call, and was able to schedule the clean on relatively short notice. They did run a little late for the cleaning appointment, but Martha kept us informed with updated arrival times. We had them do a move-in clean for an empty house, and wash all exterior and interior windows. The house looked great--even the garage was swept out and exterior garage door washed off. All surfaces clean and free of dust. It will be very easy for my elderly in-laws to move in knowing that everything is clean and ready to go. I would recommend Palomares to anyone.

She quoted me at $20/hour and I needed for every 3 weeks. I made an appointment for Sun at 4p with Martha. Never called to cancel nor did she show up. Waited a few days and she still hasn?t called.

I was totally pleased with the entire process from the moment I first contacted her to the follow-up. I have recently re-hired them and hope to have them back on a regular basis. Their professionalism and attention to detail are amazing. I am a tall person and I often notice high shelves, tops of appliances, etc. that do not get cleaned as well. I am happy to say that EVERYTHING from bottom to TOP has been cleaned thoroughly. (they even brought their own step ladder). When i returned home after they were done, it was like walking into a freshly cleaned, new hotel room in an upscale facility - even though our home is decidedly NOT very upscale!

Martha came to our home to give us an estimate to do a deep clean. We also discussed ongoing cleaning services. She arrived very late to our appointment but had a team member out for the day and was behind schedule. We had houseguests coming and she was able to squeeze our home into her schedule which was much appreciated! I called her at the last minute so I expected to have to wait longer for her team to get our home cleaned. We were very pleased with the results of their work and have committed to ongoing cleaning services. Martha and her team work hard and do a professional job. I especially appreciate the fact that Martha uses technology to her advantage. She is very easy to get in contact with as she uses e-mail, texting and a mobile phone. I sent an e-mail intially and she reponded to me via telephone within an hour or so. Excellent customer service!

We used two chain cleaning companies previous to Palomares Cleaning and were so disappointed. We've also had other cleaners in the past and never could find that one cleaner that is professional yet personal, that you can trust, and that properly cleans everything. We finally found it with Palomares Cleaning!! Martha, the owner, takes a personal interest in quality and is present at the cleanings as well (which we really like). We love that this is a locally-owned small company. Martha was very professional and had excellent communication regarding coming for an estimate and with informing us on what time she would arrive, etc. Her price was competitive and slightly less than the other two chain companies we tried. But...her quality was far superior to those other companies. We could not find one thing in the house that wasn't cleaned very well. Martha and her team were even able to fix a spot on our granite that was ruined by another cleaning company! She listened to what was most important to us (Master Bath) and got more water stains off our shower than any other company. Palomares Cleaning did a far superior job on just a "regular" cleaning than two other companies did on what they called "deep cleaning". It is obvious Palomares takes pride in their work and they did an excellent job cleaning our house! We hope to use Palomares Cleaning for years to come!!

Oh my goodness, where do I begin. We have been in our house for about two months, with no professional cleaning. Martha's crew arrived, neatly uniformed, with all equipment and cleaning supplies. They immediately went to work and the house was humming! They were cleaning places I never thought to clean, even vacuumed the top of my kitchen cabinets. I believe every surface of my house was wiped down. They were up on ladders doing the ceiling fans, window tracks were vacuumed out and cushions were removed from couches and chairs and vacuumed. I have two dogs so there was lots of dog hair! We had a little plumbing emergency while they were here so we had to turn off the main water line while the repair was going on. Martha brought her crew back the next day (Saturday) to finish the job. I'm so happy I found Palomares Cleaning!!
