 + -1 moreThey came out at 6am and began to work with her crew. They did an outstanding job. I've had other cleaning crews, but they stood far above. Martha, the owner, was there with her crew and they got the job completed in about 3 hours. I gave her a call and I could really tell that she cared. They were there ane ready to go and were all business for the entire time that they were there. They asked if there was anything that I was unhappy with, and I had nothing bad to say. They were there on time, did a wonderful job, and would highly recommend them. This company blows the competition away by far. It needed a deep cleaning, and it was great by the end.
Description of Work: It was a vacant home and she did a move-in cleanup before we moved in.

 + -1 moreMartha and her crew arrived at 2 pm. I explained everything that I needed cleaned. She went through all of the details with her staff. She left three of her staff to start the job and Martha later arrived to help finish the job and make sure everything was done to satisfaction. They didn't stop cleaning until 6:30 pm. Palomares cleaning was excellent. All of the staff was professional and worked hard to make sure everything was cleaned properly. Martha was very nice and easy to talk to. Looking forward to using them again in the future. Thanks for your hard work :)

 + -1 moreThe whole experience form start to finish was excellent. They came on time and started cleaning. The products they used for my stone floors and granite countertops were excellent products. My floors and countertops look better than they have after a professional stone and granite company did them! They arrived at 8:30 am and cleaned non stop until 12 pm.
Description of Work: I hired them for a yearly deep cleaning service. I was so happy with their service I have hired them for a Bi-weekly cleaning service. They are very professional. They arrived on time and ready to clean. The owner Marta is very enthusiastic about her business and wants to make sure the customer is satisfied. She always comes with the crew.  + -1 moreThe house was in need of a floor to ceiling cleaning and I was unable to devote several days to the task. I called Palomares Cleaning Services and left a message. My call was returned within a few hours. Martha was able to give me a quote over the phone, so we scheduled a day for cleaning. Martha and her crew of four were not only efficient, but on time and cheerful. In the end, the house looked and smelled great! I'm a very satisfied customer.
Description of Work: Floor-to-ceiling cleaning, including chandelier and baseboards. Cleaned both bathrooms which included tile floors, vanities, shower and tub, mirrors and toilets. Mopped all hardwood floors with a pet-friendly cleaner. Vacuumed carpets in bedrooms, dusted, cleared corners of all cobwebs. Beautifully cleaned all kitchen surfaces which included granite counter tops, stainless steel appliances and a lot of cabinetry.

At first, I thought they were expensive but they do such a super job it is well worth the money. I have hired them to come twice a month just for kithchen and bathrooms. Less expenisve for regular service. I waited to write this review until they had come a second time and they were just as good as they were the first time. Excellent!

 + 0 moreIt went very well. Owner plus four staff performed the services. They were all working throughout the time they were at the house. Owner asked about any uncertainties in work to be done. They went considerably over the time they had estimated, but did not halt their work until it was completed. The charge was a flat fee and there was no additional charge for the time overage. I was in the house the entire time of their work and the owner updated me as they performed the tasks. Our house has never been this clean in the 18 years we've lived here.
Description of Work: Floor-to-ceiling cleaning, including ceiling fans, ceiling lights and ceiling surfaces in the bathrooms. Cleaned both bathrooms, including tile on floor, in shower enclosures, and on vanities. Cleaned bathroom mirrors and toilets. Mopped all floor surfaces (all bamboo). Cleaned leather and fabric sofas and chairs. Cleaned dining room furniture. Major cleaning of kitchen, including cooktop and vent covered with grease. Did all windows, at agreed upon additional charge, both inside and outside. Our house has probably never been this clean in the 18 years we've lived in it.

 + -1 moreMartha is one of the easiest people to work with. On top of that, she is a perfectionist! Her crew are friendly, efficient, and hard working. At first I thought this was a little expensive. However, seeing how deep a normal cleaning is, I'm not sure they even charge enough. My last cleaning service would be in and out in under 1/2 hour. Martha and her crew spent 2 1/2 hours making everything spotless. I will be using hr service every other week forever.
Description of Work: Martha and her crew cleaned my house from top to bottom: dusted everything, moved furniture to vacuum under it, cleaned all shutters, window ledges and tracks; cleaned and sanitized bathrooms and kitchen where they even lifted the cooktop and cleaned underit. They even cleaned the screen doors and washed my teapot. Incredible!!!!!!

Description of Work: Overall deep cleaning of the entire house 1900 sq. feet: 3 bedrooms, 2 1/2 baths, living room, dining room, eat-in kitchen. Cleaned all woodwork, vaccumed furniture and carpets, washed all surfaces, dusted for cobwebs, wiped down books and accessories, washed wood floors, wiped down vents, polished chrome appliances, scrubbed tile in tubs, showers, sinks, etc. They did an outstanding job. The house looked brand new when they were finished. There were six women who worked two hours and the house was perfect.

I appreciated Martha's supervision over the entire cleaning process and the professionalism of all of the staff. The house looked great when they finished. They did everything Martha said they would do and more! I have made arrangements for Martha and her staff to come on a regularly scheduled basis.
Description of Work: We chose Palomares Cleaning Services based on reviews on Angie's List. Martha and her crew deep cleaned most of our house. This included kitchen, living room, family room, two bedrooms and two bathrooms (2 bedrooms and 1 bath closed off due to construction.) The work was completed in three hours and my house has never looked so good!

 + -1 moreStage 1:I called Palomares Cleaning Services after reading many excellent reviews on their house cleaning service. Martha, the owner of , answered my call and we discussed estimate and scheduled a cleaning date. She was very courteous and professional- plus, she spoke perfect English. Stage 2:She showed up slightly later than the scheduled time, which was understandable due to the delay from the previous job. We had a quick walk around the house and discussed cleaning matters and my preferences, such as, my no shoes policy inside the house. She came with the team of 4 staff members and they immediately began cleaning. They were so thorough and meticulous with cleaning. Martha wouldn't tolerate even a small smudge on mirrors. All my appliances in restrooms and kitchen looked brand new when they were done. Stage 3: I was completely satisfied with Martha and her team's work and decided to have regular bi-weekly cleaning service to maintain. Due to my traveling schedule, I had to reschedule the second appointment and Martha was very accommodating. When they showed up for the bi-weekly cleaning, they repeated the same excellent job once again. If I had to pick one minuscule flaw, it would be not placing some stuff back to their original places after cleaning, such as floor mats, small decorative pieces, etc. Overall, I would definitely recommend Martha and her team to anyone.
Description of Work: Palomares Cleaning Services performed a deep house cleaning. Martha and her team cleaned the whole house: living room, family room, 2 and 1/2 bathrooms, kitchen, 2 bedrooms out of 4 (by my request). They cleaned everything, even cleaned the dirty dishes I left in the sink from that morning.

 + -1 moreWe called Martha and another service for estimates on the cost to clean the house. Martha gave us a quote over the phone, teh other guy insisted on coming out to the house( which was what I expected). When this guy came out he estimated the cost at almost twice what Martha had given. So after he left we called her again to make sure she did not want to come see the house for the estimate, she insisted she could do it for the cost. So we hired her. Originally scheduled to come on Sunday she had a cancellation and thus was able to come out on Saturday. She and her crew were punctual and professional. Six of them climbed out of a big Suburban and went straight to work. When they were done the house was cleaner than I had seen it in years. They did all the windows bathrooms mopped the floors and cleaned all the cabinets, even swept the garage. When we were standing on the front patio we noticed some cobwebs, and even though that was not technically part of the service, she got one of her guys to get a broom and swept the whole patio clean. I can not recommend her enough. not only was she reasonably priced the service was superb.

My brother is living here taking care of the cats but his health is failing too and he can't do much. So, will probably have Martha and crew come once a month for a mop, vacuum, dust, cob web check, etc.
Description of Work: House hadn't been cleaned in probably years. My sister lived here and her health was failing for years (I live in another state) then she was diagnosed with cancer in January 2011. So nothing got done after that, sorry to say. She didn't want housekeepers in here disturbing her, and she has about 5 cats that were "afraid" of other people. She passed away in January 2012, and I couldn't do much when I came to CA to see her in her final days, because my father was also ill back at home and after my sister passed and we had her services I was on a plane home and sixteen days later, my father passed away. Then in March and April my husband had health issues and was hospitalized three times and finally had surgery on 4/9. So I didn't get back here to CA until April 22. Martha and her crew came in on Saturday (they were late, but that's okay) and worked diligently for hours cleaning years of dirt and washing everything. It looks so much better! Smells so much better! I had to point out small things to the girl cleaning my bedroom floor (the room I sleep in when here used to be my sister's room and it was in great need of cleaning thoroughly) but she did a good job and the floor shined like I had never seen before. Sergio, her son helped me go through boxes of stuff and pack family pictures. He was a great help. We threw out a bunch of old VHS tapes that were probably not good any longer, and some books that the cats had used as their personal scratchers. All together it was a great experience. She was only going to charge me $450, but I wrote her a check for $500 I was so grateful for all the work.

She and her "cleaning crew" showed up promptly and went to work. Four hours later, my house was sparkling. They cleaned from top to bottom - ceiling fans, light fixtures, window sills, window blinds, base boards,oven, top of refrigerator, hardwood floors, and dusting everything that was here! Did I mention I have two cats....lots of hidden fur!!! I am very pleased with the work that they did and I will be contacting Martha to arrange ongoing maintenance of my house. Thank you Palomares Cleaning (Martha). Phoenix's loss is our gain!!

 + -1 moreWe had just closed escrow on our home on 5/4/12 and I called Martha immediately to see if she could come out and do a thorough cleaning. She understood the urgency and my need to have this home cleaned before we moved in. We have an older home (built in 1937) and I wanted to preserve all of the original tiles, wood floors, etc. Where I had doubts that certain areas could get cleaned, Martha proved me wrong. Martha and her team did a wonderful job! They were on time. The entire team was very professional. While we had other workers (i.e., plumber, roofer, painter, etc.). doing repairs in our house, they managed to work around them. The bathrooms are exceptionally clean, our wood floors are shiny, and the house smells clean!! I am going to have a standing appointment with Martha. You WILL NOT be disappointed.

She is: -very professional and friendly -got back to us via the phone very promptly and worked around our tight moving schedule -the entire house shines!! and she uses very safe and reliable cleaners on all your home items (she doesn't use the cheap stuff!!) -we wanted to make sure the house was clean enough for my 2 babies to walk/crawl on the floors etc. She made sure this was done and they stay till the job is done. they don't charge you buy the hour and rush. -the detail work of their cleaning is unbelievable!! nothing left untouched. We will be using them for ongoing cleaning from now on Very fair price for the amount of work they do and the detail and the products that they use on your home items. Her staff is very efficient in cleaning and nothing was broken. All things were put right back in their original place. Sometimes with cleaning crews...they don't put things back where they were which is quite annoying. I highly recommend them!! (I called and spoke to at least 5 people on angies list before deciding on Martha's company). No body seemed as professional and had the know how like she did with customizing the cleaning JUST for your home!!
Description of Work: Deep cleaning of an entire home after home renovations. We did some demo, painting, resurfacing of our hardwood floors. This was also used a rental house prior to us moving back in and it had never been through a deep cleaning for more than 6 years. Yeah it was VERY dirty. its a 1300 square foot home. Services done in Long Beach, CA Martha and team of 2 (3 total) did: -deep clean of entire kitchen -deep clean of all our stainless appliances (oven, fridge, dishwasher, even our trash can) -horizontal wood blinds -all base boards -walls wiped down -3 ceiling fans -window frames -2 entire bathrooms (both had demo work so they were very dirty) -wood floors (we just got them redone but there was a lot of demo dust from the construction all over them) -2 kids rooms (cribs, kid furniture) -dining room (clean solid wood tables, chairs, stools) -all light fixtures in the ceiling cleaned -cleaning all master bedroom wood furniture (we have a beautiful wood set from Indonesia) that has a lot of detail work. King headboard, 6 drawer dresser, 5 drawer dresser. -walk in closet -granite counter tops in kitchen and master -2 tile bathrooms
