Description of Work: Cleaned the house fairly well and were here for 4 hours. There were some things missed and the kitchen wasn't as clean as we would have liked for a "Mega" cleaning. Sincerely JKx2

Description of Work: When renters moved out of the house that we owned it was in shambles. The large kitchen had 3 years of grease and filth on the inside and outside of every cabinet, the ovens, etc. Based on the reviews that I read, I gave Martha a call. She came in a few days and with the effort of 3 of her ladies and 2 hours later it looked like a new kitchen. I didn't think that she charged enough for their effort, so I tipped her. Thank you, thank you, thank you, Martha!!!!

Description of Work: Cleaned kitchen, both bathrooms, vacumed whole house, including furniture, washed hard floors. washed patio window.

Description of Work: WELL HELLO EVERYONE!!! I joined Angie's list for the SOLE purpose of finding long term REPUTABLE house cleaners. I discovered Palomares cleaners as a result. Not only are they worth every penny, BUT if i have a special project i need help with they will do it! Anything i need help with they are game to do- AND DO IT WELL!!!!! MARTHA AND HER CREW ARE MORE LIKE EXTENDED FAMILY THAT HELP ME A COUPLE OF DAYS A WEEK not simply housecleaners. By far way past that. For those who have written a bad review or had a bad experience i would encourage you to call Martha. She and her crew are the most open and available sweet souled people. In short, they do a tremedous job, sincerly care and take great pride in their work. Put on a cup of tea and relax, you have the best of the best coming to your home and take care of all you need. Oh yes... you may want to make a little extra tea... just incase you want to share. deb

Description of Work: The reviews about Martha don't lie...I just purchased a brand new home and with a short timeframe between the end of construction and moving and Martha was there to save the day. On 3 days notice we were able to setup a time for her and her 4 lady crew to come in and clean the house prior to my move. Martha's crew was fast, through, professional and polite...they didn't waste time chatting as is often the case. Instead, they stuck to schedule and surpassed expectations in all phases. I gave a B for price but please know that with Martha you pay for what you get...she does a great job and deserves/earns the fee she charges! One other thing I liked was that she was very knowledgable about which products to use on which services which made me feel more comfortable. Great job Martha!

Description of Work: I have Palomares Cleaning coming every two weeks. The questions above only asked for one specific date. But I am now a permanent customer. Martha is incredible!!!!! I had another company for 6 years who weren't doing a very good job, but I guess you get what you pay for. When I finally fired them and hired Martha, I was so very surprised at how much cleaner my house was. Martha and her crew spend more time just in one bathroom than my last company spent on the entire house! They clean, really clean, everything. They don't just dust around things, they pick them up, dust where they were, put them back again. The floors, couches, chairs are all vacuumed. They dust the tops of my ceiling fan blades -- even if you can't see them. Martha is willing to do extra if you need it. She works with me on scheduling and always lets me know if there will be a delay. I came home while they were here a couple of weeks ago to find them sweeping my front walkway. I didn't even know they did that! I can't say enough good things about them. Although I am paying more than I used to, I am so much happier. I 'm thinking of starting a Palomares Cleaning Fan Club!

Description of Work: I have an 1850 sq ft condo and the owner suggested a deep clean on the first cleaning. They were late but did an adequate job and the owner, Martha Palomares, who accompanied the group of 4 was accomodating. I was satisfied. They failed to show up on the second date we set up with Martha's daughter, April, and they didn't call. When I finally spoke with Martha, she told me she was out-of-town and didn't know what happened. Then she called me back and said that the crew went to the wrong house and cleaned it. The house they cleaned, Martha said, belonged to a customer who had the same first name as me and they somehow got confused. I thought that was strange but Martha said some of her people are not too swift. So we set up another date. Martha said that she would be with them this time so not to worry. Again they did not show up or call.

Description of Work: They quoted me a terrible price of 145.00 for a one bedroom/bath. I decided to go ahead as I had a coupon for 45.00 They were A NO SHOW! NO PHONE CALL NO NOTHING. I CALLED BUT THE CALL WAS NOT RETURNED. FORGET THIS COMPANY

Description of Work: My house 2600 sq ft. and they didn't miss a spot. 4 or 5 ladies spent 5 hours cleaning my house. My house looks great now.

Description of Work: We had a deep cleaning. The crew was very busy and each had a job to complete. We felt the thoroughness and cleaning was very good.
