Siena Tile and Stone

We are in the midst of a THREE bathroom remodel, which we are trying to manage from 3,000 miles away, so you can imagine that the situation gets confusing and frustrating at times. We've been working with Sunol at Siena Tile, and she's been available, creative, flexible, and patient. She has grown to have a feel for what we want to accomplish, and makes valued suggestions in a low-key way. She seems to always have a "Plan B" for any challenges we throw her way, whether in tile selection or design ideas. Again, this review is being written while our project is in-progress. The only issues I can imagine cropping up that might impact a review for Siena is if the tile pricing is way outside of what we're expecting, and/or if the selections are no longer available (note: don't fall in love with a tile selection until you're sure they can get plenty of it).

Sales person assisted us with selecting the mural and then the other tiles to more or less match it. Explained that these were hand made tiles and made to order so it would take 3 to 4 weeks. Tiles arrived at approximately the date scheduled. After installation additional pencil liner tiles were needed to complete the project and they put though a rush order for those.

THEY WERE VERY NICE AND QUITE PATIENT WHILE WE PLANNED OUT OUR TILE NEEDS. THEY EVEN ALLOWED US TO BORROW THEIR VERY EXPENSIVE TILE CUTTER AFTER WE HAD TO RETURN OUR RENTAL.
