Description of Work: After purchasing this service and contacting the company to book, I could not get a call or email back to actually book the service. Fortunately, Angie's List was prompt to issue a refund for the deal.

Description of Work: Cleaners arrived on time and were very pleasant. I gave them a list of the order in which to clean the house indicating that I didn't expect the whole thing to be done in 2 hours. They did not understand these notes and worked really fast to clean the whole house. The result was that most areas got a surface cleaning. I would have preferred a more thorough clean in a few rooms, ie. bathrooms, kitchen. If I used this service again I would ask for 3 hours and then expect them to do a deeper clean.
