They completely know their stuff.  They cleaned up a hoarding mold issue.  They did extensive work to get this job resolved.  It became an asbestos issue in order to get the whole job done.  They were thorough and did the job on time.  We had one issue that Mike was quick and willing to resolve.

My mother was complaining that she was having a hard time breathing in her room.  When I searched the room, I found that her bedding, wheel chair, clothing, carpet, and shoes had mold on them. Immediately, I called my daughter (who had used a mold restoration service before) and asked her for her advice. Without hesitation, she recommended SupraClean Restoration. I called the toll free number (855-371-1236) and talked to a very professional young lady to explain my situation. The woman told me that a technician would contact me within the hour. Due to previous experience, I though this call would in fact several hours to be received; however, Sterling called in approximately 20 minutes. When I explained  my mother's situation, the technician Sterling offered to come to my mother's home the next day to provide us with a "Free" estimate.
Having worked with contractors for several years, I expected Sterling to be late to our appoint. As a matter of fact, I cancelled the rest of the work I had planned for the day so that I could meet with this guy. To my surprise Sterling arrived at the property at the appointed time appearing to be ready to work. (I am always impressed with contractors who show up clean and ready to work as Sterling did.) When I showed him to what i thought was the problem, Sterling suggest several things that he could do immediately to assist my mother in solving the problem so that she could breath better that night. 
After a complete analysis of the property, Sterling gave us a detail written account of his finding. Since there were very high moisture readings in the back bedrooms and water was visibly pooling on the floor, Sterling recommended that an infer red camera inspection of the insides of the walls be completed. Considering that this was a rental property, I told Sterling that I would need to contact my mother's landlord to have that kind of work done. Sterling notified me that, if it would be helpful, he could contact the landlord on my behalf and share his findings.  Although he could do very little for the pooling water, "Free of Charge" , Sterling removed the contaminated clothing, area rugs; and although he recommended disposal of the bed, Sterling provided a sample amount of disinfectant for the mold that had already contaminated the bedding. 
I was so impressed by this measure of kindness, I contacted my mother's landlord and recommended SupraClean for the job. After sending by a few more other companies to provide estimates, my landlord also decided to use SupraClean. And the results have been fabulous. The people at SupraClean were great. My mother has been sleeping very well in her new bed and restored environment every since.
