The internet package arrived on time.
Followed instructions to install, did not work.
Called support.
Was told to bring modem back and exchange for a different one.
The clown on duty (only one for a line of customers) behaved like an interrogator.
I think that's why people hates cable co for their monopoly.
Hope Google will build a new cable system, I'll be the first one to subscribe.

I paid $35 for the installation. The connection was better than I expected. He did all the work and made sure that the cable signal was good inside the rooms before he left.

They were enormously good and extremely professional. They found the problem late one evening, worked on it and did a great job. They ran a new cable in from the street to fix my computer and had all the tools they needed to do the job. I was very impressed with them but it too them a day and a half to get to me to fix my problem but I will use them again in the future. When they did come to fix the problem they were apologetic about it taking so long to come out.

My problem started 2 years ago and they kept sending techs out and they couldn't find the problem. Finally they said it was the new connection box and when he replaced it with an older version it fixed it and no problems since.

Terrible. We scheduled a change in service on-line. We had a live chat and were told we qualified for "free installation." The day after we scheduled the appointment we received a "do not reply" email saying the the 4 hour window that we scheduled was no longer available and we would have to be home for a 12 hour window unless we wanted to reschedule for an appointment 10 days later!! I think that's a sneaky way to avoid the 4 hour rule!! When the technician arrived, he said if we wanted the cable run under the house, he'd have to come back the next day. If we wanted him to run it down the outside of the house and drill through the wall, he could do it then (I said I'd wait). To top it all off, when we got our bill, there was a $100 "transfer fee!!" We brought all of our equipment with us!! What is that?

IT WAS GOOD. THEY WERE ABOUT 2 HOURS OR SO LATE. IT HAD TO DO WITH SOME MISCOMMUNICATION BETWEEN THE OPERATOR THAT WE TALKED TO ON THE PHONE, AND THE GUY THAT WAS SUPPOSED TO COME (SHE FORGOT TO TELL THE GUY OR SOMETHING). WHEN HE CAME, HE APOLOGIZED FOR THE DELAY AND TOLD US THE REASON WHY. HE INSTALLED IT VERY QUICKLY AND MADE SURE OUR OTHER CONNECTIONS WERE OKAY TOO.
