Mr. Ortiz promptly returned my call, scheduled an appointment to provide an estimate, presented the estimate, scheduled the job, had his crew perform the work, and was personally present to inspect the job after completion. The job was a complete interior painting including prep work and was all accomplished in a three day period from my initial call. The crew did an excellent job, Mr. Ortiz was very professional, and I'm a very happy camper. I highly recommend Walls N Beyond and will definitely use their services again.

He was very thorough and came well prepared. We did not have to ask many questions due to the detail of information he provided. We will be contacting them in the future about having the work done.

Prior to moving into our new house we had a very tight schedule with only one day to paint. We selected Walls n Beyond because Juan Ortiz was very responsive and ready to help. Juan offered to picked up the paint that we had selected at cost. Because we didn't know if two painters could finish what we wanted done in just one day Juan brought in an extra painter to make sure that he got the job finished, charging us only for the hours that were used on the job. The painters did a clean and professional job being careful with the detail work and adding the extra coats to get the proper coverage. Walls n Beyond is professional, prompt, careful, attentive, responsive, helpful, and well-worth the money. I would definitely recommend doing business with Walls n Beyond.

Very prompt with returning phone calls and email, but no service was performed.

Highly pleased with Juan and his crew. They were always prompt, very competitive pricing, did what they said they would do, started and finished on time.These are good guys that are highly dependable and they used high quality materials.I will not be calling another painter for the additional work that I have.They are winners and very good at what they do.

It went very well. The door installers were running behind schedule and Mr. Ortiz's team worked around their schedule, still finishing on time before the movers came.

Juan and his team did a terrific job. Punctual, polite, and super-orderly. Juan would either answer the phone himself after a couple of rings, or call immediately. The crew was low key, professional, detail-oriented. We had given them the wrong color for the stucco, our mistake, but they didn't over-react at all. We told them we'd cover the costs of getting the new color, and they were fine: didn't make us feel bad or guilty. There was some deep rot in the window framing that had structural implications, not their area of expertise, and they were clear on that. If we wanted it repaired, they recommended finding a professional window/frame contractor and they'd return when the work was completed and finish the priming and painting! A+ to the company!

I had an email confirming our appointment, and they never showed up, never called, never emailed. I called and emailed to see if they were coming and never heard anything back. They lack professionalism and respect for potential customers. We are totally re-doing our house so I have met with dozens of contractors for numerous jobs, probably over 30 professionals at this point. This company is the only one that didn't bother to show up without a call, an explanation, etc. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL. I waited one hour before leaving to do other things.... I was shocked.

I am now so proud of my beautiful little house...the only yellow one on the block. Just love this company.

Gave me an estimate the day after I asked for it, I accepted their offer, they showed up the following week with two painters, prepped the entire apartment and then did an outstanding job painting. I hightly recommend this company.

Juan's crew did a great job. Sergio was the foreman and was onsite every day. The workers arrived promptly and started work quickly. They were very efficient with the job and cleaned up the worksite at the end of each day. The whole job took 7 days and we are very happy with the quality of the work and the final product.

Juan's crew did an excellent job preparing my house for painting. They power-washed the house, repaired stucco, sealed and caulked, repaired and stripped wood trim where needed, and primed the entire house. They did an excellent job with the final coat of paint. They definitely do quality work and try to make their customers happy. They were also careful to clean up after themselves at the end of each day. My house looks fabulous and my neighbors love it, too!

I wrote a fairly detailed request for an estimate using the "contact us" feature on their website, and very quickly received an estimate in a very professionally-written email. In the end I painted it myself, but the accurate, quick response to an email sent near the end of the work day was very helpful to me. Good customer service so far and up to date with us that do everything online or by email!

Juan's team did a great job. They were nice and did a professional job. Even others who visited commented that the paint job looked good. Juan is also good at following up. I would recommend them to anyone looking to paint their house.

We had an excellent experience with Walls N Beyond Painting Company. From the beginning to the end of the job, everything went smoothly. We requested an estimate and the owner came out 24 hour later. The bid was reasonable and the description of the work covered by the bid was detailed and comprehensive, We accepted the bid and work began one week later. The workers were unfailingly professional - they were hardworking, responsive to my requests, very prompt and punctual, and kept us fully informed of the progress. Each day the owner came by to inspect the work and to check if we had any issues. The workers moved outdoor furniture and things from the garage, in order to have better access to the walls, and when finished they returned everything to its proper position. The quality of the work is very high and we are delighted with the outcome.

I was extremely pleased with the entire process. Juan was very prompt in coming out to give us a bid on the work we wanted to do. His pricing was competitive. Although he wasn't less than other bids, I was impressed with the professional way he reviewed what would be done on the job and how he presented his proposal. The same team of two men removed the pop corn ceilings and painted both the interior and exterior of our home. They were fantastic!! They were always on time and were extremely neat and careful. Each area they worked in was carefully masked off to contain the dust of removing the ceilings. The walls and ceilings were very professionally prepped, with cracks and picture holes repaired before painting. All furniture and flooring were carefully protected. Both inside and out, the painting process went extremely well and the results were wonderful. Juan came every day to check on the team and be sure I was satisfied with what was being done. I would definitely use this company again!

Wow - What a refreshing experience!! I called Juan on a Friday, he was out that day, with an estimate in my email (along with license, insurance, bonding papers, etc.) by Sunday afternoon, he called that day to follow-up and when I told him I wanted to proceed he was out to the house within 2 hours with samples and to introduce us to his foreman who would do the work. They were ready to start on Monday, but were fine with Thursday as that was the first day I could work at home. The showed up did the job and were done by Friday. I especially liked that they did the little extra's I asked, like staining a part of the floor that was exposed when we had the new door put in that I did not notice until they were there and sanding and painting another door stoop that had started to flak. These guys were great, I look forward to using them again!

The service was excellent the person arrived on time and did not waste any time in getting started. My wife and I had thought about painting the walls ourselves but this was an obviously better choice.

They did a great job. They were on time, they were very clean, and they cleaned up the messes where I attempted to paint. I changed my mind a couple of times and it was no trouble at all. They just did a really good job and they were polite and considerate. I’m going to use them again.

I did not go with this company. They were responsive when I called them and they showed up on time. Basically, when I hire somebody, I get three bids. It isn’t strictly on money and sometimes it’s just intuition that makes me use someone. They came in on the high side and they were being a little overly aggressive. I don't have anything bad to say about them.

I can't say enough good things about my experience with Walls and Beyond, VERY professional, friendly and effecient. The work was truly impeccable and the one small mistake that occured was immediately and graciously corrected without my having had to bring it up. I would highly recommend this company to anyone that wants a very detailed and honest vendor.

We called for a quote and they came the next day. The person quoting was very knowledgeable about all aspects of painting and my husband was totally happy with the quotation and the presentation. they were available to start the work in the next couple of days. We agreed to the price and timeline. they did a great job and were very aware of covering all applicable furniture. Job was fast, professional and completed within the time frame they presented. I would definitely use them again and will rec ommend to anyone who needs painting work done.

Mr. Ortiz was responsive and easy to work with. Some of the work was challenging but his team did a great job.

They were punctual, professional and courteous. More importantly, they did a very meticulous job at a reasonable price. I would use them again!

I call Juan right after my friend refer him. He showed up the next day while it was pouring rain. I thought he was not going to show up. We spoke of what I wanted to get done in the units. He offered some products and primers that would help with the cleanliness and stains. After that he started to take measurements it took him about an hour for all that then he knock on my door again and told me he would have an estimate ready by next day. I end up calling two other guys but I don't think they had a clue. They are helpful, courteous and skilled. The big thing about this was when the painters showed up after I hired them. From the very first day they picked up my newspaper that was in the front driveway go to my door right at 8:00 AM. Knocked and hand it to me. FROM THE FIRST DAY UNTIL THEY FINISH. I wish they still be working on the rentals. I thoroughly enjoyed working with each and every person in the organization (Victor, Rodrigo, Nelson, Alvaro and Juan) and you can bet that Walls n Beyond will be the only company I call the next time I need help with a paint job. By the way the painting looks GREAT
