Quick response to a last minute request for cleaning. Polite and courteous staff did a fairly good job on short notice. Prices were a little high, so I'd recommend getting a quote from others if time permits, but I'd definitely use them again!

They did not do what they said they would do. they spent time doing that which did not need doing. They comunicated to each other in a foreign language. And they refused to give me a receipt. They had two helpers that we had a communication issue with.

Elena called me immediately after learning about my request and made an appointment to come to my house that day for an estimate. She was on time and very pleasant. Her estimate was very fair and when they came for their initial cleaning they did a very thorough job.

They were right on time and took extra care to clean the baseboards and make the inside of the m/w and fridge spotless.

WELL AT FIRST THINGS LOOKED PRETTY GOOD. WHEN WE CAME HOME THE OVERALL APPEARENCE WAS QUITE SATISFYING. UPON TAKING A CLOSER LOOK AT SOME OF THE DETAILS WE NOTICED THAT THERE WERE A LOT OF AREAS THAT WERE NOT CLEANED. I CALLED THEM BACK OUT AND BROUGHT THESE DETAILS TO THEIR ATTENTION. THEY SAID THAT THE INITIAL CLEANING WAS UNDERESTIMATED AND THAT AN ADDITIONAL #200.00 WOULD BE NEEDED TO COMPLETE THE INITIAL CLEANING. THAT PUT MY INITIAL CLEANING COST AT $500.00. I'M STILL HAVING A HARD TIME WITH THIS FIGURE. WE HAVE DECIDED TO STICK WITH MARIA AND ELENA TO SEE HOW THEY PERFORM WITH THE BI-WEEKLY MAINTENCE CLEANING.

Very thorough, took the extra step to come back and make sure the house was ready for open house. I am getting a quote on my personal property.

I feel like a wave of sunshine entered the house with this team! They are charming, cheerful, and competent. They were reassuring about the scope and completiion of my project and they carried through on every promise. When they left, everything was spotless and organized. I've employed numerous household helpers and I must say that this experience was the best ever. Maria and Elena (sisters who really like each other and work well together) are the kind of jovial, hardworking people you'd love to have as neighbors.

When interviewing potential housecleaning services, Maria and Elena were the only company to come out to the house, meet us and give us a quote in person. This personal touch really sets them apart from the rest. Maria and Elena did a deep clean on our home. They did such a good job we have hired them to clean our house every 2 weeks. I have recommended them to my family and friends with confidence.

This is our first experience with a house cleaning service and it is absolutely wonderful. Fabulous and professional very thorough and a pleasure to work with.

Maria and Elena came into my house to do an initial deep cleaning. When they left, I could hardly believe how clean everything was. Especially my bathroom and shower were spick and span! I had gotten used to a certain level of service and cleanliness with my former house cleaners that these two far exceeded. My house still smells and looks clean a week later. In addition, Maria and Elena are very professional, with good communication skills, arriving on time and ensuring follow-up visits were scheduled before they left. I would highly recommend them.

Our service with Maria and Elena started off very well. We had just had a baby and they came in and did very good work at a very good price. Unfortantely as time got closer to us moving the service begin to decline. First the cleaners started showing up late, then the cleaning wasn't as detailed as before. Finally after asking them to perform a normal cleaning the day after we moved they failed to even show up or call, jeopardizing our deposit with the current owner because we had moved out of the area. Overall it was a disappointing outcome to the service they initially provided to us and I would be cautious to recommend them.

Wow! I am so happy with the job they did! Seeing my house this clean is more exciting than Christmas, really! Maria and Elena were both very detailed with their cleaning, and very sweet. It's clear they really take pride in their work. I'm spoiled now--I'm going to have to have them come clean my house from now on!

We were DELIGHTED with Maria & Elena Cleaning Service. They were very professional and did an AMAZING job. My husband and I are very particular about our home and these ladies treated our home with a lot of loving care. They did a first rate job and I am hiring them to come every two weeks to keep our home beautiful.
