Rosegold Builders did an outstanding remodeling job at our house that included the entire bathroom remodeling, Kitchen remodeling, a full upgrade of the garage and few other things that we decided to do while they were working on the other stuff. During the remodeling project, we were very happy with the way they worked and handled the day by day things so we decided to add the kitchen remodeling which was performed at the same time with the rest of the project. We worked hand by hand with our project supervisor Adam. Adam always kept communicating with us about almost everything. This was very important to us because it showed and proved us how important is to partner each stage of the work and to be part of the decisions which brought our remodeling to a huge success. Our daily short meetings with Adam also helped us to take our original designs and improving them while making them a reality. The team of people that were the ones that did the actual work, were very skilled in their own trades. During the work, Adam and the team came across many challenges that required solutions. We were very pleased with the first remodeling project that Rosegold Builders & Design did in our house few years ago and we decided to hire them once again to completely remodel few sections of our house. During this remodeling project, they took our ideas and vision and brought it into life. What we wanted was to have a large open space of the whole first floor while merging the kitchen with the living room and dining room areas. Our best part of having Rosegold Builders & Design performing the remodeling was how they guided us during the whole remodeling process making sure that we will take the right decisions and purchases of materials mainly when we had a contractor, a designer and a decorator working as one big team and helping us with basically everything. On top of all of that, they also did a great remodeling job, made sure that it will be based on the promised schedule and finished the remodeling project while making sure that there will be no mistakes or problems. During the work, we wanted to have some modifications that caused to change the budget. They made sure to inform us before we made the changes so we won’t have any surprises with the money. Adam and his team completely demolished, redesigned and remodeled the entire kitchen, bathrooms and living room spaces. On top of that, they also removed some paneling in the living room, some drywalls and designed a new open space look by taking down several walls and replaced the living room fireplace. As part of our meetings, we presented Adam some pictures of a fireplace design that we loved and wanted to have and he was able to implement it the same was how it is in the pictures. His sharp vision for details and perfectionism is really amazing. Adam treated and respected our house like it was his own house and he always made sure that the team will not leave the house before cleaning the working areas and making sure that everything is in place before anyone left for the day. We just finished a major renovation of our vacation investment house and we very thrilled with the whole work of Adam and his team at Rosegold Builders & design that they did for us. The kitchen, bathrooms and master suite were the sections at the house that were completely remodeled and transformed and the final results of the work are much more impressive than we could ever imagined! As part of the remodeling project, we also create a laundry room, updating our foyer and bedroom room. Me and my husband decided to build and add a new garage space at our house and we started to contact few contractors for that project but we weren’t happy with any of the offers we got from any of them till we heard about RoseGold Builders & Design from one of our friends so we decided to call them and check what they can offer us. Adam who came over to our house was very professional and very experienced. After our second meeting, he came back to our house and provided us with an excellent quote for the entire work and we accepted it and hired them for that. The remodeling project went much better than we excepted while any of the small issues that was raised during the work, was handled professionally by the team. Rosegold Builders is by far the most professional and honest company that we have dealt with for the last years. They are unbelievable company to hire and work with from A to Z! We hired them after we got their contact information from a friend who hired them recently for their large scale remodeling project at their house and they were extremely pleased with the work they did. During the work we did contacted several of their clients in order to hear from them what they think and how their remodeling project went. We did hear great feedback which made our remodeling project less stressful.
