They cleaned and repaired my second story gutters. Very good. Did extra work on my gutters without charging extra. Would definitely request them for future work.

Very prompt & courteous. We out of their way to be sure everything was completed to my satisfaction.

Resonable time cost and follow up

Seemed to be very knowledgable about numerous minor repairs, or able to bring his friends with different area of expertise. Forthcoming with realistic diagnostics of water leaking problems, and followed up on getting the repair done properly.

They came right away to quote the job, and kept in touch by phone about scheduled time to do the work. Their people were up to the task and went beyond the time they had estimated without asking for more compensation.

Everything went well as far as replacement of faucets. The only differences were a change in price quoted and day and time when service person could come out.

Rich was very timely. polite called if running late or any problems . i was aware of every detail before hand. given cost of project upfront. i would recomend to others i would use again. very good customer service. Oakland,Calif.

Rudy is a little excentric and you have to kinda bring him back to the point but, in reality he has his guys do a great job, so far so good. I was a little worried at first. What I like about ruy is that ANY questions I have he will answer them, he will explain to me exactly what is happening and why as I am there to see it. I am always given the information and then the choices. I was able to visually see that the jo was way bigger than just one little area and they made sure I understood everything before continuing, they even took pictures before they had to demo things. Robert and Rich are awesome!!!!! Rudy is great too
