Ron came out and did an estimate on the spot. Without my asking he provided all of the licensing, bond, testimonials, information, etc. One of my neighbors had his roof done by someone else and spent $1K more than Ron's estimate. He accommodated my wish to remove and haul the old gutters so my painter could paint the house without them. Ron's crew then came again after the painting and installed the new gutters in approx. 4 hours. No extra or hidden charges. Super team and super job.

I used the coupon and then I wanted to finish up the rest of the house so he gave me a price and added the coupon price. I was happy with the work. He finished in two days.

It went very well. We contacted them after we discovered our gutters were coming away from the roof. They came out two weeks later, and it took about two days to remove the old gutters and put new ones on, as well as screens and downspouts.

I purchased the Big Deal for $379 for unto 50 ft of gutter replacement. On the day of the appointment, Ron showed up quite a bit late ( a couple of hours), but apologized for the delay. He then provided a quote for about 92 ft which caught me a bit by surprise since he wanted to replace the downspouts and they were about $200 more. In addition, he charged me a bit more for the removal of the material- But he explained it to me that the Big Deal did not cover it (he was right) and it was made sense for the most part. Since it was outdoor work, a specific date was not provided, but it was understood that the work would be complete by the end of the same week. On the Friday of that week, I happened to stop by my house and the workers happened to be working on the day. They had removed most of the gutters and I could see that they were in a sorry shape. I decided at that point to get all 156ft of my gutters replaced and after a couple of pricing negotiations with Ron, we agreed to do all gutters, but keep the existing downspouts as is (and I got credit for the $200). The foreman (Eddie?) was great and was able to convince Ron that it was doable. Final result was that they did a great job, the gutters look good (for now), and cleaned up after themselves. Other than being a bit surprised at the cost (which was more of my expectations being unrealistic), I highly recommend them.

The front gutter was done ok. The rear gutter has calking on the gutter face that I could see when work completed because it was over patio cover. Also on back gutter the roof shingles were broken in several places above the patio cover.

It was OK. I don't think it was supper happy because it took a while. They did not do the clean up after work, I called and they came back but they still didn't clean everything. The quality of the installation looks OK, there's no damage.

It was fine. He came out and he did the job. It took me a little bit to get an appointment. It took a little bit for him to come back and install it because he got the Angie's List Big Deals and he didn't give me a solid date but I didn't mind. As long as we get it done and I wasn't in a rush. It would be more professional for him to be like, "Hey, I got you on the 21st. I'll come in at 10:00." versus like, "Yeah, I'll call you in three weeks and then we'll schedule the time."

They were supposed to be out today from 10am-4pm. By 11am they were not here and no one called me. I called again a 1 hr. later and they answered. He said they could be here at 1pm and could not guarantee being done by 4pm and I needed to be out of here by 5pm. I had someone cover my shift at my job; I’ve lost a whole day of money. They would not take responsibility for being late and not calling to let me know. It was basically a disaster.

.It went ok. When he came to inspect I mention to him according to the advertisement this includes down spouts. He said just show me the ad and we will take care of it. I called about this 3 different time they all said according to the advertisement it includes down spouts. Even when the workers came to install the gutter I showed them the ad and they said it ok. I asked them I don't have to pay extra they no. But the owner will come and give me the invoice. So later that day Ron the owner came by and said I owed him for the 2 down spout. I showed him the ad and then he start saying that is not included. so to make long story short I ended paying him $50 additional for spout which should been included. $369 plus $50 so Be careful he will charge you for the down spout according to him it's not included Heads up!!!!

Ron was excellent. Thanks to this site he was the first and last person I had come out and give me a bid for gutters on my home. He was very professional, had a very informative pitch, and made the decision easy. On the day of the install his team showed up and did their work exceptionally. Thank you gentlemen!

The contractor was a little backed up so we have to agree a specific date by which to complete the job sent him a clear picture and so did not need an "On Site" meeting. - (which usually ends up as an upsell) the replacement gutter was on offer at a fixed price - the quality of the gutter was fine - very neat job

Ron is very good at explaining the process. He was EXTREMELY helpful and patient in helping us deal with a new city regulation for Title 24. After 3 attempts to find a solution to satisfy the city, we were successful and then we could install the roof. None of this was Ron's fault but he was instrumental in helping us deal with the city's requirements. We couldn't have done it without him. The roof install went very smoothly. No issues with Ron or his people. I'd use them again - though they installed a lifetime roof :)

They did nothing. They came over and inspected the work that needed to be done and gave a quote. They showed up on time. The person was professional, but they were too expensive. We didn’t do business, but it was a good experience.

Ron was great, excellent product. I was able to find a more competitive option.

Ron's crew showed up right on time, they were super friendly, and they got the WHOLE job done including tear-off of old roof, adding new gutters/downspouts, nailing new flashing around old skylight, and installation of new sun tunnel, in ONE day. And they painted all vent caps, etc. to perfectly match our new, beautiful roof. It looks fantastic and made such a huge difference in the curb appeal and overall appearance of our house!

They were great. They charged me more because the square foot in the special deal is 1,800 and my roof is about 2,600. I think they did an excellent job.

Everything went very well with excellent recommendations to solve our precious gutter problems were discussed and implemented. Clear explanations were given as to the process and the materials to be used. All very professional.

It turned out really well. I am really happy with their work and the gutters. However, there was one downspout he didn’t replace that he never addressed with me.

Went well. Installers were on time and pleasant to deal with. I would recommend to others.

Went as described in a few hours. Only complaint is verbal description was of primed gutter. Installed gutter was not primed.

Performed all work as promise and also stood by their work. One side was not draining properly. Came out the next day and added another downspout. Great responsiveness and work.

My wife was home, and we had no complaints. They called to follow up afterwards. We were happy with their work.
