They were meticulous in matching colors, repairing holes, and cleaning up each day and at the end of the job. Brain was straightforward and easy to reach, Raphael the site supervisor was friendly and knowledgeable, and the crew was hardworking and professional. They did an excellent job and I will recommend them to friends.

They came out and they were very good, but the price was a bit high so we decided to go with someone else.

A+++ I couldn't have been happier - this company was referred to me by a family business owner in San Francisco who hired Brian and his team from Tara Pro a few months ago after looking at several companies. They were delighted with the outcome and I have worked with other painting contractors in the past and have not been entirely satisfied. Excellent. Brian was very professional and responsive. We had a difficult neighbor and several problem tenants all of whom he handled with professionalism. He did the job when he said, he would and finished as promised. His workers came every day, he was often there to supervise, and the workers were responsive to my questions and very professional.

They were very professional, knowledgeable and timely. They did very high quality work. I would recommend them and use them again in the future. The guy who owns Tara Pro is a very impatient guy he is just good at his job. Not very good customer service.

They where great, they where just more expensive than the other company. But, they where professional in all other aspects

They did a very good job at painting. They showed up on time to do the work. They have a very good quality of work. They were very courteous when they were there.

They did a great job. As the job progressed and a couple of unexpected things came up, they did everything I asked. The foreman, Oscar, even managed to paint a part of the house that faced my neighbor's house. The neighbor said it wasn't safe to go on his roof with a ladder, so Oscar painted it hanging off my roof!

Brian came out and looked at the house and gave us an estimate. For timing purposes, we had to delay the original starting date which they complied with. We had installed the scaffolding because we redid the roof just before and had some carpentry work done. We 'Victorianized' the house. They took great care to each detail, first cleaning, then doing a very good prep job and then priming, then caulking and then putting on color swatches so we could choose the final colors. We used a color consultant to help us choose the colors and place them. A Worthwhile expense. They applied two final coats. They even had a person there as the scaffolding came down, fixing any scratches made by the scaffolding removal and caulking and painting over the scaffolding U nails as they were removed.

I asked Tara Pro to give an estimate for painting the entire interior of our new home. It was a waste of my time. Brian, the owner, curtly broke our appointment the day of the scheduled estimate. He arrived late to our re-scheduled time. At the end of the estimate he said they would not be able to start for 4-5 weeks. I asked if he could fit us in sooner, to which he said no. I said we had some flexibility and it would depend on the estimate. He said he didn't want to 'waste his time' completing the estimate if we were hoping to complete work sooner. This was strange because on the phone I told him that we wanted to start work as soon as possible. He then left abruptly. The entire experience was quite frustrating. He seemed to be a bit of a prima Donna or something -- from the tardiness to the abrupt end to the estimate. Perhaps he is just too busy to bother maintaining a high level of professionalism.

Responded to request for estimate in a timely manner and provided detailed estimate with references. Started work earlier than anticipated, finished work earlier than anticipated. Very responsive, reliable, and nice to work with. Returned at our request within a few days to do a few minor touch-up details.

I can't say enough good things about Tara Pro Painting, Inc. From start to finish, we had nothing but good experiences with them. They gave us a prompt written estimate for the job. Several of the other companies we wanted quotes from never even followed through with estimates! I found Tara Pro's prices to be extremely reasonable. Other painting companies that actually came through with estimates for us, gave us quotes for more than twice what Tara Pro quoted us. Once the work began, all of Tara Pro's employees were very professional and respectful to us and to our property. Vinnie was our foreman, and he was terrific! He went out of his way to be extra helpful to us throughout the entire job. Brian and Vinnie even helped fix some light fixtures for us without charging us any additional fees. In general, they went above-and-beyond the call of duty time and time again. They did a great job with the carpentry and dry-rot repair. Everything was done skillfully. I would use them again!

Outstanding. Excellent prep work, extremely fine detail work. People who pass our house stop to tell us how beautiful the paint job is.

Brian is very knowledgeable. His price was definitely the lowest. However, he is not in touch with the work being done by his crews. The crews lost things (e.g. property locks and keys), painted windows shut, failed to finish painting some small areas of the building and took much longer to complete the work than estimated. Overall you get what you pay for. Low price, but a lot of problems with the workmanship, quality, responsiveness and overall professionalism. Brian has still failed to complete some of the work he said he would.

The job went very well overall. I was especially appreciative of Brian's flexibility with scheduling - it took us much longer to get permits for the window installation (done by a different company), so the paint job had to be pushed back as well, but I still needed to have the job finished in time to leave the country for work overseas. His crew was very hard working and courteous, and I was always able to communicate directly with Brian, the company's owner, when I needed to.

Tara Pro was very thorough. We think they did a great job. Brian and his staff were very responsive and accommodating as we made some changes during the job. The crew was comprised of very good workers who showed they took pride in the quality of their work. They also were careful with our plants and property and our neighbors property and plants as well. We feel we received excellent workmanship at a very fair price.

Tara Pro Painting, Inc. were very professional, taking care when covering my furniture, floors, etc., before starting the project. They were helpful when I was not sure about the colors I had chosen and were able to make some suggestions to help me complete the project. Great job. They were very accommodating as we made a couple of changes during the process. Good quality work at very reasonable rates. We have an old house that probably hadn't been painted in 30 years.

Responded to my call for an estimate for interior painting, came to the house to see the job, but never sent the estimate as promised.

They did an excellent job. The crew was courteous and very detail-oriented. They were really good about not damaging plants near the house, and prepping the exterior. House looks like new.
