The company had placed an ad on Dwell magazine and I drove 90 miles to their showroom to check out their products twice and placed two orders with them. They took my order, charged my card and told me the order will be shipped within 2-4 weeks and I would receive a free gift. I received the free gift within few days. It's been almost three months since I placed my orders. I contacted them 3 weeks ago and I was told my order will be shipped in two weeks. I contacted them again after 3 weeks and I was told they are still out of stock on one of my orders and they are sorry, I could cancel my order. They have so many other orders and they can not check on their retail customers. Products are shipped from east coast... This is a company who serves professionals and they are not professional at their service, at least to small retail clients such as myself. I was so disappointed and angry at the way I was treated.
