They were absolutely wonderful. They were very obliging and friendly. Their regular cleaning is excellent and they are willing to go above and beyond. I would definitely recommend them.

Agreeing on a price for routine cleaning was a problem. The pricing seemed to be pretty abitrary. They then stopped taking and returning my calls. I'm not sure that they are still in business.

We have used Adriana's Cleaning 3-4 times now. They do a great job. The cleaning was done quickly and efficiently. The people who showed up were nice and kind to our dog, which is always good for some brownie points.

Overall experiecne was great. They dio a great job even cleanned the refridgerator and stove without being asked. I would recommmend Adriana's Cleaning to anyone looking for housekeep service.

We contacted them via email through angie's list, and they emailed back that same day. They now clean bi-weekly for us. their prices are comparable to other SF services. they are good with scheduling specific days, and arrive on time. They are easy to communicate with via email. they do a nice job on basic cleaning services. and are fine with taking a list and accomplishing those tasks. again, best experience has been to communicate via email and let the translation happen. happy to keep them for their services for the time being.

I have been using Adriana's Cleaning for over two years. Two workers come together and whisk through my house. They do a good job and they are pleasant and punctual and reliable. As noted in other reviews, they are not native English speakers (Brazilian), so I typically communicate with Eduardo in the office who relays special requests or schedule changes. This has worked well for me. If I notice that something has been missed, I know that if I tell Eduardo, they will get it the next time. I pick up my stuff from all surfaces before they come and I do my own dishes--I want the cleaners to concentrate on cleaning, not organizing or picking up. This has worked well for me. They are honest and I feel comfortable leaving them in my house without me there. In two years, I have only had a couple minor communication problems.

We've been using ADRIANA'S for about a year now. The couple that cleans our house does a good job, have proven themselves to be trustworthy, and are responsive to feedback. (Tell them once that they need to do better job with X or dont forget to clean X and X is never overlooked again.) Communication can sometimes be difficult as they are not native english speakers but anything that goes through the main office is dutifully communicated to the workers. Overall we are very happy w/ADRIANA'S.

They are good. They show up on-time and do a good job. The house hadn't been professionally cleaned in 6 months so they charged me $150. I think the price was pretty good.

They have an excellent customer service and I never had any problem with them.

Hired the service, found it on Angie's List. They came out and did an estimate. They came back that week for the appointment. They were on time for the appointment, but things went downhill from there. They came, did their job. After finding a lot of problems, I called the owner and told them it was still dirty and we were not planning to hire them again. They came back, however nothing was really fixed. Bottom line, they surface clean. I hired them for a deep clean, this was not what happened. There was still dust in numerous places throughout the house (in the bathroom, dining room, bedroom and front room. Things are still dirty. Dirty cups were left in the bedroom. The cabinets in the kitchen were not wiped down. And the wood floors just appear not clean. Soap dishes are still dirty. We went through afterwards and had to re-clean the house. So much for paying for a cleaning service. Trying a new company next week, will report back.

I never hired a housecleaning service before, it was the first time that a cleaning company did a service in my home. I was very excited with it. From the beginning to the end was everything perfect. They did what I expected.
