Adriana's House Cleaning

It didn't turn out very well. They offered a coupon in the beginning and they said they would give me a call and they didn't call. I had to get two guys involved in order to get them to give me a call back. So I decided not to use them. But I did use them the one time. They didn't respond in a proper time as they said they would. I was not happy with the cleaning.

Great, professional and fast.

I spoke to a man who answered the phone at Adriana's Cleaning. I provided him with all information he needed and he agreed to provide housekeeping services and that he would confirmation later in the day. We agreed on the date for the first visit to my home. When I didn't receive his confirmation call I called Adriana's again, got answering machine, left a message with my name phone # and requested a call-back. Still no reply from Adriana's Cleaning. Angie's List shows that Adriana's has a special deal.

It took a few phone calls back and forth to get in touch with the provider at which point we quickly settled on a date for the cleaning and discussed what I wanted clean. However, when the cleaners arrived it was apparent they did not speak much english. So that right there is a problem for me, since I wasn't comfortable with trying to communicate and go over what I wanted done, I simply relied on the previous phone conversation. The two person team split up between the bathroom and the kitchen, and both were cleaned very well. However, I had said over the phone that I was looking for more surface cleaning and not a deep cleaning of these two rooms. However it was apparent after I returned that the inside of the oven and fridge had been cleaned (quite nicely), but this was not what I wanted them to be spending all of their time on, which I had indicated in our phone conversation. So they did a nice job, but the communication issue is a deal breaker for long term service.

I called him three times and they never answered or returned my phone call.

I emailed the vendor to schedule the cleaning, but they refused to honor the promotion because the home is currently vacant. There is no such mention of this in the "fine print" on the promotion, but the vendor says they will only do the work at $28/hr. Now I need to contact Angies List for a refund. What a waste of time.

Well, they did an excellent job.

The couple that came, English was not their first language. When my brother tried to explain what he wanted, he could not understand. They kind of ran the clock, when my brother was watching the clock. It was suppose to be one for 4 hours or two people for 2 hours. The house was ok as far as cleanliness but would not use the service again. The owner kept pushing the two people and there was really a language barrier. The price was great. There was a lot of confusion because the kept looking at my home address. Although he explained to them he was in their service area they kept not telling him no.

They're really good. I'm going to call them again. They're more efficient and better than anyone else.

Well, they divided the work in dry cleaning and water cleaning. This means that while the man clean the bathroom the lady polish the furniture. Then, she took care od the kitchen and her partner took care of the windowa and the vacuum. The result produced a very happy owner. A job well done.

The did a great job cleaning my flat. It looked like I never lived in it. I got my full deposit back! I plan on using them on a regular basis.

This was a condo cleaning between tenants- so a move out move in clean, It also included large windows to be cleaned and carpet cleaning. I chose this service due to good reviews and original mid-range estimate. Eduardo gave an estimate online and then, at my request, came out in person to see the condo. We spoke at length about specific cleaning products and methods necessary due to things like a self-cleaning oven (which did not clean itself at all), a refinished bath tub requiring only soft scrub products, and indoor/outdoor window cleaning. When the day arrived, Eduardo does not do the work, nor had he passed along any of my specific needs. Easy off was sprayed in my oven - something that Educardo himself had said they would not do, comet used on the bath tub (against all recommendations of refinisher) and the cleaning people had not been told they were doing the outside of the patio windows. There ensued angry phone calls, the outside of the windows were cleaned, albeit for "free" according the the cleaners. $300 dollars for three hours of work including windows and carpets- but too many problems caused by the poor communication between agent and workers. Also- he is obviously getting a fee and it would be a lot better to contract directly with the people doing the work! I wont use again.

Very professional and efficient. If there was an area we needed more attention, they would take care of it.

We've been using Adriana's Cleaning for several years now to clean our home every other week. It's always a pleasure to come home and see the place so clean. Eduardo, who manages the service for us, is very responsive and is very good with knowing how to clean our place despite our kids best efforts to make it impossible! They are very trustworthy and dependable. A great service!

They arrived promptly at the set time and got to work. The house had been spot cleaned by us, but really needed to have things pulled out, and CLEANED, and the two who came did a really good job of that. They wiped, dusted, vacuumed, cleaned and left the house looking and feeling genuinely clean. They paid attention to details like ceilings, picture frames, window sills, kitchen cabinets and walls. They might have missed an outlet or two, but overall we were very happy to come home:)

I pick up around the house and do all of my dishes prior to the cleaners arrival. Overall, they do a great job of maintenance cleaning. Eduardo has been very easy to work with and his cleaners are professional. Sometimes their cleaning is slightly better than other times, but overall I am happy with the service. I will continue to use and recommend them to my neighbors.

My husband and I cleaned with them while they were here. Their service was really inadequate and unprofessional. I had to keep saying that this isnt clean. We supplied our own cleaning material because they did not bring anything. Just a terrible experience. We dont have a big place but they would clean and after there would still be dust and grime around those areas. I paid them for this terrible job regrettably.

Adriana's Cleaning has done a great job for us. Their cleaners come twice a month and are very thorough and professional. Eduardo, the owner, is very responsive by both phone and email.

I've been very pleased with Adrianna's Cleaning. Eduardo, one of the owners, met me at my house shortly after I contacted him and did an assessment. Lovely, kind, responsive guy! I have a 12 month old rescue dog with some fear aggression issues that we're working through, so Eduardo and his team were super accommodating about setting up a time midday for cleaning when I knew the dog would usually be out. They've been at my house weekly for several months now, and I'm very happy. Its always a pleasure to come home on cleaning day. When I need something specific concentrated on (i.e., time to clean the kitchen/bathroom wood cabinet trim, baseboards, what have you), I leave a note and it's always done. I've tried a few other services before Adrianna's - one group was quite busy and scheduling was too difficult, and the other group did a suboptimal job especially with the floors which are really important to me. Now, the floors literally shine. Adrianna's group is reliable, nice, accommodating, and does a great job!

They never performed the work. No one returned my calls.

They are wonderful. I just love them. I wish I could hire them myself. They go out of their way to complete any extra services I ask them to do.

From start to finish, over many years of service- excellent!

The owner of the company responded promptly to my request for an estimate. He was also very flexible in accommodating my requests. The cleaning team arrived on time, was polite, communicated clearly, and did an excellent job in a timely and professional manner. Reasonably priced.
