First off, I’d like to say that we’ve always been able to clean our house ourselves, but as we’ve gotten older and health issues, it has affected our ability to do the things we used to do so we reached out to Weekend Maids to come and clean our house we were told we could have three hours for $128 when they arrived here they were two people they did basic cleaning not even basic cleaning. They only halfway dusted the house Did a good job on the kitchen. We will give him the credit for that everything else was short, cut it and not completed an hour and a half after they arrived here they were ready to go and leave and said they were done and we asked about three hours and they said well there’s two people so you only get an hour and a half. They also told us that the company Weekend Maids does this to a lot of customers and they hear about it when they arrive And they’re not able to complete the job that you planned on them doing in three hours in an hour and a half one worker was exceptionally well due to his past the other worker I could being older could’ve done a better job myself in a short period of time I would never recommend this company to anybody even if I don’t like them, I wouldn’t recommend them to call this company. Terrible customer service on the phone they keep saying you got a contract you got a contract, which we never received we never received the receipt, so we are obviously going to be stopping payment for what we paid and will deal with them in a court of law if that’s what we have to do Again don’t ever hire these guys. They’re terrible.

TERRIBLE TERRIBLE COMPANY! This cleaning service came to my home. One person came 5 minutes late and the other showed up 15 minutes late. They did not start the actual cleaning until 20 minutes after their "start time". They smeared my mirrors, left dirt everywhere, and spent 2 hours (each person) cleaning only one area each. They even took a shower towel of mine to clean with! EW! I told the Company what a terrible job they did and sent them around 20 pictures of the mess they made. The company told me they would investigate and get back to me within a day or two and I had to follow-up with them 4 times. Finally, their response was that the cleaning people showed up and therefor will not refund me. I told them that showing up and not providing the service they told me I would get does not mean they can get paid for that. Oh and by the way...we were told one of them were brand new and was learning how to clean! Also, before they left, they stated "You are gonna complain about us, aren't you?" because they knew what a terrible job they did. ABSOLUTELY UNACCEPTABLE and will NEVER use nor refer them.

Terrible experience with this company! If they could go NO stars they would've. I scheduled a move-out clean of a vacant 2br condo. The cleaners showed up, while I was leaving to drop off a load of boxes to my new place. Asked the lady to call me when they were almost complete so I can meet them back at the condo. Recd a call from the cleaner stating they needed an extra 30 minutes added finish the job. I restated what I wanted done, making sure they knew about behind the appliances and under the stove top. She said yes I know. I headed back to the unit to find they were already gone and none of the things i restated were completed. I had to sign the receipt prior to leaving earlier since I wasn't going to sit and wait in the bleach smell for 3 hrs. The receipt stated 149.00 but was charged 191.00 for a job that wasn't completed. They sent out a cleaner the following day to address some of the items and still neglected to hit the areas I took photos of (in gallery). At this point I was ****** having to drive back and forth for this nonsense so I contacted the agency and left a voice mail. They next business day I recd a call back and they apologized and said they would give me $25 off my next cleaning service. Like I was going to use them again. Tried to fight with Visa and this so-called receipt I signed for them to do the job said I accepted the job as is. That is misleading and fraudulent having me sign a completion page before they job was done. So since I was stucked paying more for as job than agreed and got shafted, having to re-clean myself last minute.... The company should reimburse me for this experience.

Our family has used Weekend Maids for over 15 years, in Orange, San Diego, and Los Angeles counties, and have not had a problem - until now.
We informed Weekend Maids that this was a "move-in" clean, and left specific instructions, which were not followed.
Our piano was being moved ahead of our furniture, so having the music room floor cleaned was at the very top of our list. When my daughter came to let the piano movers in, the floor was still filthy - the maids, who were present, had not cleaned it in time for the piano movers. My daughter had to clean the floor herself so the piano could be moved in.
Our instructions stated that the kitchen needed special attention, specifically wiping out ALL of the drawers and cupboards, and cleaning the oven. This was not done at all. Our oven is full of baked-on food, crumbs, and other debris, and the air vent was not wiped out either.   I have taken pictures of the oven, cabinets, and drawers - the pictures prove that they are all still dirty.
The rest of the house is not clean to professional standards - it looks as if the cleaner simply pushed the dirt around. She even left dead bugs in the windowsills. Also, Weekend Maids were supposed to call upon completion of the job so we could inspect their work and sign the invoice. We never received a phone call, just an invoice left in the hallway (which we were not given the chance to sign).
We are not faulting the cleaner. When we tried to talk to her, it was clear that she did not understand English, and we don't believe the company gave her any training. We are, however, very unhappy with how Weekend Maids has chosen to handle the matter.
When we called to complain, the company sent the cleaner back. She was very nice about it, but does not understand English, and since we could not communicate with her, we eventually gave up and thanked her for coming back.  It became apparent that she had not touched the upper cabinets because she did not have access to a steps tool (we were told she'd bring her own equipment). The cabinets and oven are still dirty.
We called Weekend Maids to cancel our "move-out" cleaning at the old house. They wanted to know why. I told them that they had done such a poor job with our "move-in" cleaning that I could not trust them to do a good enough job with our old house.
Weekend Maids called me yesterday to confirm our "move-out" cleaning, which we already canceled. I reminded her of how bad the service had been, and that I was very disappointed to receive such poor service after so many years. The one time we genuinely needed help, they failed us. The next day, Laura called to ask why I was unhappy with the service.  We told her why. She made an excuse for the cleaner's language skills, claiming they didn't have a translator available. (We do not care what language a cleaner speaks, but we informed the company well in advance of our needs, and they had plenty of time to translate the list for the cleaner. We know for a fact that they took notes because they confirmed their notes showed it was a "move-out".) Laura then said "I'll call you back" and hung up.
Laura called me back today to discuss the matter and told me she will get back to me. I still have a dirty house.

The company will charge you a $40 service charge if you have to reschedule without a 48 hour notie.
However, they called me the day before cleaning on December 27 to notify me of a transportation problem and asked to reschedule.
I said,"no problem" and reschedule for the next week (because of the holiday--just before New Years).
The cleaning was supposed to be on a Thursday, January 3rd at 4:30pm.  The company called again and asked to rescheule for the next day, Friday, January 4th at 4:30.  Again, this was no problem with me.  On Friday, they could not make it at 4:30 and notified me it would be 6PM before they could be there.  I thought, they would not be in a cleaning mood at 6PM on a Friday and told them they could come at 8AM the next morning--which seemed helpful to them.
Thus, I just want to make a note that I am understandable and a reasonable person.
A husband and wife team cleaned my home for 3 hours.  I have a 2900 square foot home.
This was the third time they have cleaned my home.
This time, the couple spend over 1.5 hours in my master bathroom "cleaning".
During this time, I kept walking up stairs to see what was taking them so long and noticed they were just doing a lot talking about their personal life (in Spanish).
In short, they could not finish the entire house because they spent so long in the master bathroom.  The husband later told me it took so long becuase it needed to be "detailed".  My bathroom is not and never filty.  Nor, was it excessive dirty (staining, etc).
I later informed the weekend maids representative the events on the phone (when they called for my next cleaning appointment).
I informed the person on the phone that the husband and wife team could not finish the cleaning because I felt they lost tract of time talking in the master bathroom.
Perhaps she was related to this couple because she basically became angry stating how I was never happy with their services.  I have a large home and don't want to pay for extra time and hung up on me. ( Now, when first arranging for this cleaning, I was told that 3 hours of cleaning with 2 people would cover a home up to 3400 square feet.)
I am complaining for the following reasons:
1.  They rescheule foten but will charge you, the customer $40 if you don't give them a 48 hour notice that you have to rescheule.
2.  It does not take 2 people 1.5 hours to clean a master bathroom.  (I can clean my own bathroom in 30 minutes).
3.  My concern over the telephone was met with pure unprofessionalism and rudeness.  I don't think everyone here has this attitude but I will not give my business to any organization who treats me like this.

Two maids come out and it is ninety dollars every time. They're okay, they are priced well but it is an average service.

They got things pretty clean and I think they did a good job.  They were a little bit more expensive but I think you get what you pay for.

The price for the quality is extremely poor. They sent one person who worked really slow. I supposedly paid for 4 hrs of cleaning, and she did not even clean the upstairs of my small 3 bedroom condo. She cleaned some places really well and ignored others completely. I guess if I were the maid, I wouldn't run around looking for dirty places to clean, but just stand there and scrub the sink for 1 hour (which is what she did).... For this price in the past I've had 2 people come and work a lot faster. They are nothing special and probably below average in terms of service to price ratio. I think I'll either try to find somebody on my own on Craig's list, or pay more and have better service.

They are excellent. They keep me informed as to when they are coming or if there is a change. They remind me, call me or email me. I can pay by credit card. They are very conscientious. With the team that I have, I've worked with them to get me on their schedule so I can use them. Usually, I have 2 people for 3 hours, and they are very fast and very good. They take instructions well. Sometimes if they are short of time, like over the holidays, they will bring 3 people in for 2 hours. They are flexible and I'm flexible with them. I am very pleased with them.
