Rockstar Builders remodeled our kitchen in 2008 and did a fantastic job. It still looks great, so when we contemplated a renovation of our backyard, we took four (4) bids, but my wife was so satisfied with our kitchen that Rockstar Builders had the inside track. The demo and removal of flagstone and concrete around our pool began in April 2015, and from the beginning, it didn't go well. Work was held up by a boulder that nobody knew was beneath the "flower bed" (which required a specialist), and because Jeff was constantly called to another job he had going at the same time, so the last details of our job weren't completed until August 2015. Rockstar Builders are capable of really good work, but the level of communication and attention to detail certainly slipped from 2008 to 2015, at least in regard to the job that we got here. Jeff had another project going on last year when he did our backyard, and because ours was relatively small in comparison, we were left to wait for portions of the work to be done. I really do like these guys, and as a result I'm trying to be kind, but if you use them be sure that there is not another bigger project going on at the same time as your project. As I said, Mary & I love our kitchen, and - to be honest - really like our backyard. However, we're disappointed that we got B+ performance from a contractor that had previously delivered A+ results.

We decided to go another route but will keep Rockstar in mind for future projects because we really were impressed with their professionalism and knowledge

They were on time and gave me an estimate the next day. They were prompt and on time and I would consider using them in the future.

After getting four bids on our kitchen remodel, we finally decided on RockStar because their price was fair (although NOT the least expensive), they had a good rating from the Better Business Bureau and we felt they were upfront about what they could do and how long it would take. They started on time, finished on time, stayed on budget and gave us a fabulous, brand new kitchen is just four weeks. I chose the appliances, gave them the specs and they stood in the space and actually drew the layout on the walls and floor after the demolition so I could see how things would work. We got a design we really liked and that is functional and beautiful at the same time. I proudly show off our kitchen, including "before" pictures, to anyone who comes over. RockStar is a great company to work with.
