 + -1 moreThe service went well. I worked with Dustin and he was really helpful. Mostly everything was done through email and phone calls. A notary person did come to my home. There were never any hiccups along the way. The process was fairly smooth. They gave me the lowest rate with no additional fees. They promised that and delivered it. They were punctual with any replies. He usually replied within one day. Once he was on vacation, but he responded promptly when he returned. I did not feel coerced and I was able to make my own decisions. I thought that was really nice.
Description of Work: Dustin helped me with a refinance.
