I hired Mow and Trim to take care of my rental. They did a nice initial clean up job that they charged extra for. But then when it came to the bi-monthly maintenance, they fell short of expectations. I walked the property with them and told them exactly what I wanted done. Clean up, cut back and keep an eye or irrigation. They yard was somewhat over grown and neglected. After several months I visited the property to find Ivy growing up the stucco house wall, plants in the front planter were growing up and into the window screens. Several Sprinklers were broken. I found that several plants had been allowed to die. Ice-plant growing over the sidewalk The yard was still overgrown. Most times that I sent an email to them to ask questions. I would receive a curt response. Overall, they did not deliver what they had offered in as far as yard maintenance goes. Their customer service is lacking. That being said. If you want a Blow and go service, I am sure that they would be fine. And they seemed very knowledgeable. I have a feeling that with better supervision and direction they would be fine. But I still did not like their communication style.

The job was completed in about a week. It moved along on a daily basis with only a few unexpected moments which are inherent in a job of this nature.
