The handle to my portable safe broke with documents I needed the next day for the DMV. He asked for a picture of the safe and let me know he would have to take it apart (which I expected). He said he would be at my home between noon and 1 and he was there at noon. The job was done at a reasonable price for a holiday and I m a happy camper. Highly recommend.
