Description of Work: Our project manager, Tomer, is one of the most upstanding guys we've met. He put a lot of faith back in our (and many others') negative perception of restoration and remodeling contractors. We've had a recent water damage to our house which required drywall, floors, kitchen, etc. work. Right off the bat, we can sense that we are dealing with a professional, but more importantly, a real person that cares about your needs as much as you do. Yes, there were unforeseen issues, as with any remodel, but where he stands out is his communication, empathy, and the drive to make things "right". He's honest in his approach, tells you whether something will look good or not, corrects the issues that you point out, and makes sure that for every job, you are not just satisfied, but very happy. Treeium is lucky to have him and we will definitely use him again for any of our future needs.

Description of Work: Remodeled our master bathroom

Description of Work: We remodeled our bathroom through Treeium. Overall we were happy with the quality and timeliness of the work. Eran, the project manager was sensitive to our needs and concerns. About a week into the project, I was surprised to find out that they were subletting our work to a sublet contractor instead of doing the job "in house". I feel they should have advised us of the sublet contractor before the job started.

Description of Work: I received Treeium's name through HomeAdvisor while actually doing early research on kitchen remodel contractors. If anyone has used HA, names of recommended contractors are provided once you enter the service you're interested in with your e-mail and phone number. In our case, i entered our info. and names of a number of contractors were provided, Treeium being one of them. They called me right away. Remodeling our kitchen was just an idea at the time and after a couple calls with them, we thought we'd have them out to our house. I checked them out on Angie's list after a negative experience with them, and when I read the review on them dated August 8, 2013 I relived our own experience. | |Like the other reviewer, Eyal came to our house and gave us a quote on the spot with the friends and family code given me by someone from his office (he even acted surprised that we received the f&f code). This was our first price, but i was pleasantly surprised. I asked for a written breakdown of his estimate with a written scope and scheduled a 2nd meeting two weeks later. | |He arrived two weeks later with the contract in hand and asked that i sign it so they could move forward. I said i wouldn't w/o the breakdown estimate and scope. His Chief Estimator sent me a written scope a few days later but no estimate. The scope didn't include any of the small addition we talked about with Eyal, so i responded with what i wanted to see in writing. The response is that they needed my plans for the addition before he could price. That's when i knew to stay clear of these folks. | |I wrote back informing them that Eyal knew about the addition and even said they would draw the plans and submit to the City for a permit. We just had to pay for the permit. He said he needed to talk to Eyal and get back to me. | |I never heard from them again until i heard from their Customer Service rep about a week later. I told her the story, sent her the e-mail chain, suggested to stop the friends & family gimmick and that we would not be doing business with them. | |I've since interacted with three other contractors with high marks on Angie's list and will likely be signing an Agreement tomorrow. | |
