Seems every thing except edge/mow/clean up is extra and has to be scheduled!..and a check must be mailed and not given to workers.

My appointment was for 9AM 4/22/17. I get a call from Best Landscaping at 8:40 to tell me that I was to far to come out unless I needed a one time service. I said, that's exactly what I requested. We can do that , he said. How about we come by tomorrow or next week ? No, I said. I scheduled the appointment for today because that's when the CLIENT is available. If you can't show up for an appointment then you get a review like this. The sad thing about this they had more business heading there way because I am a Real Estate Sales Agent who needs a good landscaper now and again. DO NOT do business with companies like this, period.

For a 1st time effort I think it was just "OK". I was not home when they arrived as I had been advised they were going to arrive the following morning. Hope to get my requirements straightened out before they next arrive in 60 days.
