Our experience with 1 Stop Contractors was exceptional. From the beginning, they were very patient and engaging. We made the decision to first hire 1 Stop Contractors for the design process. We were looking for a contractor that would work well with us, who we felt had the right expertise, and who paid attention to the details. They not only delivered an exceptional design for the 2nd story level room addition, but also, was able to start the project sooner than we originally anticipated in an effort to quicken the project time. While there were some changes in the plans and odd underground situation that necessitated a Change Order, 1 Stop Contractors charged us very reasonably for those. I needed a bedroom extended and a covered patio installed on a new home. Kevin's team has been amazing - great communication, outstanding quality of work, and truly nice guys! We ran into some problems when we discovered an existing addition was un-permitted. Kevin was great about giving me options with realistic budgets. I decided to have it demolished and extend the covered patio. Kevin's team quickly adjusted to the change in plans and the project continued with no major delays or other issues. They obviously enjoy their work and take great pride in the craftsmanship. I have future projects in mind and will definitely be using them again. I highly recommend 1 Stop Contractors.

I hired 1 Stop Contractors to do some work on short notice at a rental property. They were very responsive and started the project very quickly. Because I was not on the work site, communication on the progress was critical. The contractor provided daily updates along with pictures, which was very helpful. I purchased all the material, which made it easier for everybody and only had 1 stop contractors responsible for the quality of the workmanship. They were very timely in getting the project done.

Kevin's crew did a terrific job on our complete kitchen remodel. He kept within budget, and they made minor changes with no complaints, and no added costs. They worked hard to make us happy and they succeded. I would recommend them and will likely be using them for a room addition.

Kevin, was respectful of my budget and well within those boundaries. The workers themselves were there on time and worked quickly and effeciently. It was projected to take 3 weeks to complete my kitchen and was completed well below that timeline.

Kevin, Lou, and Lee were terrific! They came in with the lowest bid for our addition out of four estimates by thousands of dollars. During the construction process they were receptive and kept us involved in the whole design and construction process. All of their trade crews were professional, quick and did quality work. They are honest, do great work, and are willing to work with you on all types of pricing options. I would refer them to anyone.
