Hi Member, The housecleaners worked very hard for the time that you purchased, they are a very popular team. If they weren't able to get to all the detail, they probably need more time. I'm wondering why you gave a D for price. Your housecleaning was a the Big Deal at half off, and I'm not sure how much lower you would've liked the price to be. Description of Work: We gave a coupon as a gift, but they didn’t do special cleanings (cupboards, drawers, etc.) so we cancelled and received a refund.

We do not remove dishes from cabinets for safety reasons. We do inside empty cabinets and drawers All The Time. I'm not sure why you would give us a bad rating when we never even advertised for that service. We appreciate you purchasing, and when you called our office, your call was answered promptly and politely.

Description of Work: Showed up promptly and did an good job of cleaning. My only issue was that I paid for 6 hours of cleaning, which with 2 cleaners showing up should have been a total of 3 hours. They were gone after 2.5 hours, and it's not like there weren't things they could have done to fill the other 30 minutes. Yes, my house was basically clean, but for 5 hours of cleaning, it was overpriced.

Hi Member, The $89 was for 6 man hours of cleaning. The team of two should have stayed for the complete 3 hours. I apologize if you were unhappy. I'd be happy to have you try us out again for the same Angie's list price, and I'll give you an extra hour to make up for the inconvienence. Description of Work: a 6 hour "deep cleaning" was to be performed. They sent 2 people for a little under 3 hours as they were late arriving. I gave them a task list. They missed one of the major tasks...cleaning of ceiling fans, completely. Basically they did a slightly deeper cleaning than standard cleaning services I've used in the past. I wouldn't rate it as spectacular and interestingly there was no follow up from the cleaning service after they left
