This company is amazing. They had 3 employees show up and get right to work. They worked extremely hard for three straight hours. They finished everything I needed and asked to do more work. Very courteous, professional, and hard working. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED

The cleaners did okay but I purchased 5 hours of house cleaning and only received 2 hours.

Dutch Touch Housecleaning did a fantastic job. The owner Mary Pruitt was highly responsive and helpful. Her crew did an excellent and thorough job.

Easy scheduling, arrived on time, did an EXCELLENT job. I've done a couple of these in the past, this the best without question. Highly recommended.

They cleaned my house and it turned out well. They showed up on time and they were very thorough. They were also very polite.

They sent two people to do the work. It turned out very good! They used their own supplies and I appreciated that. I felt the price was very competitive.

The two cleaners were very nice people, and wanted to do a good, competent job. For the most part, this was accomplished. However, one member of the team accidentally turned on a food warmer in the center isle of my kitchen while wiping down the surfaces, and I didn't realize that it had been turned on until a week later. So, the unit was on continuously for a week without me realizing it. I suppose that with proper training an error like that can be avoided in the future, but there would be a learning curve. Aside from that, they did an average quality job.

Three people cleaned and they cleaned the entire house. I was in the hospital so I needed someone to clean for me. They did a very nice job. The price was reasonable.

The cleaners showed up on time and were very thorough. They did everything I asked them to do. The owner is helpful and cooperative. I have engaged them for future cleaning and I'm sure I will be happy with the service.

At the end of the day, i will not be using Dutch Hutch again. While the cleaning crew was great, I was incorrectly quoted and blamed for the misunderstanding by the owner, Mary. I don't think any customer wants to hear the words "from my 27 years of experience" type of answers for wanting explanations for questions. I understood a cleaning to be 2 hours and when it turned out to be 3, i was not warned in advanced by the cleaning crew. When I asked why her team didn't tell me it would take an extra HOUR after telling me they were 'almost finished', Mary simply told me that 'that is not their job to let you know if the job is going to take longer than the original estimate'. Sorry. I've also used maids in the past, and if you're going to take longer, you should at least have the courtesy to let me know so that i can make a decision to ask you to leave after a certain amount. Not "i'm going to be a few more minutes" but end up taking almost an hour. Maybe this is how agencies work and i'm only familiar with honest, loyal self-employed maids who get paid what they originally asked for (regardless of how long it takes them), so I will take this as a lesson learned for myself. The whole excuse about "the crew doesn't know how long it's going to take them until they get there" seems pretty misleading, in my opinion. What would motivate them to work efficiently? It could've been a 2 hour job, but they could always take their sweet time so they can get paid more. I didn't want to argue any further from someone who refused to understand, so I paid the extra amount, but I will not be utilizing their service any longer. Disappointed that I couldn't keep the cleaning crew because they were good at their job.

***REVISED*** Somehow there was an error between me purchasing an add for a previous area (Orange County, I now live in Texas), and no one catching where my address was when I scheduled my appointment. I was still told that someone was confirmed to clean my house. I am not sure if it was the company in Orange County or different company here in Austin. Strange situation, but I place no fault in Dutch Touch.

My home smelled fresh when I arrived home.

They arrived on time and were here the whole time. They seemed to be working hard but the cleaning didn’t seem very thorough. It seemed like an average cleaning. It worked out because they came when I needed them.

This is the best cleaning service I have ever hired!

Even tough the service date did work out between provider and us, the service provider is still be able to communicate with us in a polite and professional manner. I would still recommend this service provider to anyone else.

Two housecleaners showed up on time and cleaned for the 2.5 hours I bought with my Big Deal coupon. They did a great job.

House was in bad shape when they got here. I didn't think they could get everything done. I only exempted two areas from the cleaning so they were going to have to prioritize! Well, they hit every single thing that was important to me! Lilly and Jose are just wonderful. Extremely efficient, smart and hard working. I can't compliment them enough.

I called them first and left a message. They called me back and left a message. I called them back about 4 or 5 times, but never got a call back and work was never done.
