They do a great job. They were prompt, flexible, and conscientious about what they were doing. I would definitely recommend them.

It was good. It was too expensive. They could not clean everything in 3 hours. I would use them again in the future if they have a lower rate.

When I placed the order I gave the company several dates and I haven't heard a word from them. I wanted the house cleaned before the holiday. At this point I will be getting a refund and not doing business with them.

They sent one person, and her husband as a helper. They did a good job overall.

The two women did a great job cleaning my house, focusing on the areas I asked them to for my deal purchased through Angie's List. They were polite, friendly, and punctual. Mary was accommodating and friendly with scheduling a cleaning on short notice.

About 24 hours before the scheduled date for the appointment, I had to cancel the appointment because for some reason, the electricity of a house for which I am responsible had gone out. I called Ms. Pruitt immediately, and she was able to call off the housecleaners that she had scheduled to come to my house. When I tried to reschedule, she e-mailed to me on 8/13/2014 the following: "Canceling with less than 48 hour notification forfeits your voucher." I realize that I had not provided 48-hour notification, but I had a real emergency. I found later from one of her reviews that another person had the same experience. I am providing the same review as that other person. Especially for housekeeping, I thought that the reason companies are willing to provide Big Deals that they will get repeat customers later, possibly even scheduled regular cleanings with agreeable terms on both parties.

It went well. Scheduling was easy. I liked that they were very thorough and personable. They were good, pleasant, and did the job well. They mistakenly sent a second crew out the next day which was odd, but it didn’t cause a problem for me. The second crew was surprised that the fist crew had already been there.

They did an amazing job and left no detail out. Showed up on time, worked quickly and addressed every issue I outlined.

This went fine. There were three people that worked for a total of 5 hours. However, they were an hour late so I was a little disappointed in that, but the quality of work was really good. They concentrated in the bedroom at first, and worked their way through the hall, into the kitchen, and then finished in the front room. They did a really good job.

They did what was required but when asked to clean the outside downstairs windows were not happy and did a very poor job. Only asked as they finished working early because the house was empty. They left half an hour early which meant I received 2 hours work and paid for three.

That service turned out good. They cleaned our bathrooms, floors, vacuumed and dusted. Two housecleaners and came out for a total of 5 hours. They were good at housecleaning and they brought their own cleaning supplies.

I was not able to use the service because I had to go to the hospital the day we scheduled the appointment. They were really nice over the phone and very responsive to my requests.

It was wonderful! There were two people that showed up and they stayed the whole 5 hours. They showed up on time and were very professional. They were kind to interact with.

They were good. I have had maid services before, and I have four children, and in all honesty, I think maid services are really for people who don’t have any children. It is a different kind of cleaning needed when you have a bunch of kids. That is why I generally don’t use maid services, and I just used it that once. They were good and they were punctual. They weren’t any better or worse than any other maid service I have had. They were decent and real polite. I first spoke to, I think the owner of the company, and I really enjoyed her inputs and stuff. I thought that was very good pricing for that because I got a Big Deal on it. They were absolutely professional.

My condo was really dirty because I had been sick. They did a deep cleaning of the bathrooms and kitchen. They wiped down all of the counter tops, tables, window sills & mirrors. They ran the vaccuum throughout two bedrooms and two bathrooms. They mopped the downstairs bathroom, laundry room, kitchen, family room, dining room and living room. I inspected everything before they left. I did not have to ask them to go over anything a second time. I did not have to tell them what to do except to leave my daughter's bedroom alone. LOL! They were polite, hard-working people (a man and a woman). I highly recommend Dutch Touch Housecleaning. I will definitely use them again. Well worth the money spent.

My best friend was thrilled with the work that the crew from Dutch Touch Housecleaning did at her home! She and her husband had hired another company to clean for them and felt like they needed to "ask" the cleaners to do specific things like "Please clean the bathroom mirror"...Well, once the Dutch Touch crew was done, my friends kept telling me, "They moved everything, they cleaned over, under, above and behind!" They were so happy with the work that was done that they decided to make them their permanent cleaning crew!

The team was prompt and very friendly. They did a great job and were very thorough. Since they came, I have decided to use them on a regular basis!

They cleaned the hardwood floors downstairs, but left streak marks. Yes, the floors were clean, but I had to go back and wipe the streak marks away. They also cleaned and polished the granite counters in the kitchen, but left overspray on the appliances that were sitting on the counter (i.e. coffee maker, etc). You would think that they would clear the counter first before they started spraying granite cleaner and polish that I provided for them to use.

I cancelled the upcoming service due to an inability to schedule a cleaning date that would work for both ourselves and the cleaning service. Nothing wrong with their service but we won't be using them. They were accommodating to the cancellation request.

tit went absolutely perfect, i was so happy and very pleased, I feel I am pretty picky, they were great beyond my expectations. The couple that cleaned our home are very polite, and got what I wanted immediately. My request with May the owner, was perfectly understood, and she was very nice and kind, and totally pro-client. I feel very happy that we found her and she is a great deal for Angie's List.
