Wow......I tried to schedule this man, but he wanted a day when we were booked. When I asked him if there were any other days he would like, he hung up on me. I was confused, and called back and asked if we were accidentally disconnected, or did he hang up. him: "I hung up", me: "Interesting, have a great day". It's one thing to be completely inappropriate with the people trying to provide you with excellent service, but quite another to make up a story about me trying to up-sell. This is not the typical wonderful Angie's List client that we have had the pleasure to work with.

Description of Work: 2 Ladies showed up I believe a mother and daughter team. They went above and beyond my expectations. The were excellent; especially Ilsa ( I believe) was her name? Very quick and thorough! Definitely recommend her!

Description of Work: The house cleaning service was great! This house sparkled after the work was done. The two ladies really applied themselves inspite of the fact that we had a community electrical outage. These ladies knew what they were doing and didn't cut corners - they moved items and dusted - didn't dust around the items - same with the cleaning the kitchen counters and cleaning the floors - they moved items and cleaned the whole area. They stayed and worked for the whole 3 hours that I had paid for. I will definitely use their service again.
