Response from OC Premiere Housecleaning & Concierge
Hi Mike, Thanks for using Dutch Touch again, and I'm sorry this past time wasn't as good as your original visit. To call me the "face of terrible customer service" is completely untrue, and very insulting. Our phone call over this matter lasted over 30 minutes. I answered your call immediately, listened to, and handled each of your concerns. As I said, taking a yogurt was very unprofessional. She was sorry, and explained to me that she forgot her tuna sandwich in the hot car, it wasn't edible, and was getting a headache. You and I went over this for quite sometime, you were very upset that she went into your kitchen drawer to get a spoon. I didn't know what to do, but to apologize for her poor judgement. The ladies Did Not take Any of your cleaning liquids, we also spoke about this, and you are incorrect in your accusations. They did accidentally take your squeegi, a common mistake that happens every now and then. You didn't have to tell us twice however, the original day they brought it to your home, you weren't there, and since saw how angry you were, they didn't want to chance leaving it outside. She came back the next day to bring it to you. Through all of this you never mentioned that the cleaning wasn't up to your expectations. I would've sent them back to make sure you were satisfied. This is our policy, and this team rarely gets complaints. All the best, we appreciate the opportunity to earn your business, and hope you'll find someone that will take care of all of your needs perfectly. Thank you, Mary Pruitt
