They did an excellent job! I would recommend them highly.

The lady who I tried making an appointment was rude and tried to talk over me. I told her we had new wood floors and we would do those ourselves and she told me they would have to do them if they did the kitchen. She told me in the time allotted they wouldn't have time to dust and I told her another cleaning company did in the same amount of time. She told me to email her some dates and times and I asked for her email address and at first she didn't want to give it to me because I could look it up on the coupon. She was extremely rude and I don't want her or anyone from the company in my house.

This is the frist time I've hired a housecleaning. The work was fine.

The company did not call to schedule, so after approximately one month, I called them. They did then respond and schedule promptly. The ladies that did the cleaning showed up on time, were professional and worked very hard. I wanted a few areas thoroughly cleaned and they cleaned those areas and more.

I just moved to the area and needed to find a great House cleaning company that I can rely on to come bi-weekly, trust and know that they will do an excellent job. Mary, the owner runs a tight ship and she is very professional and responds to my requests immediately. One team which was sent I was not so happy about and she assured me the next team would address all of my concerns. I have now hired them on a bi-weekly basis and they are doing a good job!

The communication between the owner-Mary-and I was confusing from the start. I attempted to make reservations for Thanksgiving week and was informed by Mary that she needed to check her schedules and do some switching around for those clients that had made appointments for Thursday-Thanksgiving Day and would call me back. Later the next day, she called and we agreed on an appointment between 8:00 and 11:00 AM on Monday 11/19/2012. Mary informed me that there would be a "team" and therefore the hours were to be 1 1/2 hours times two teammates. I agreed and I thought that was it. Days later Mary called back and seemed rather confused and asked me if she had already talked to me regarding setting up my appointment. I responded to the affirmative and she hung up. When Monday arrived, I waited until almost 11:00 AM and no one had called or come to my residence. I reached Mary by phone and she stated that the previous client had decided that they wanted a "deep clean" and therefore the crew would not be at my residence until closer to 1:00 PM. I was not happy about not being notified as I then had to wait longer and could not get on with my day. The crew showed up after 12:00 noon-two ladies -and proceeded to clean, vacuum and dust. They detailed each of the two bathrooms and washed the tile floors. We have wood laminate flooring in two rooms and a hallway that must be clean in a certain manner which I went into detail with the team. The two ladies did not even have to clean the kitchen as I told them that I was just going to mess it all up again on Thursday. The ladies finished just two minutes over 1 1/2 hours per contract and left. When my wife came home she was pleased with her gift but noticed the following: streaks on the mirrors and glass on pictures, incomplete dusting and high area cleaning and dusting. The laminate floors were dull and sticky-they were to be cleaned with clear water only but the ladies added some type of cleanser or wood soap and dirty footprints on the floors left by the crew as they retrieved their supplies by walking over the still damp floors. The ladies were unable to follow my explicit directions and it was difficult to watch both at the same time as they cleaned from opposite sides of the house. Needless to say we were not thrilled with the outcome.

Maricella and Judy arrived on time, went to work immediately and worked quickly but thoroughly. I gave them brief instructions about what I wanted and which products I wanted them to use. Because my house had not had a deep clean in a long time, extra time was needed to complete the job to their satisfaction. I was agreeable to the extra time and charge as they worked very hard to complete the job, but it was bigger than the original time would allow. They were both very professional in their approach and attitude. I will definately have them again.

Were able to come to an agreement.

They only service Orange County and this was not indicated in the big offer. I'm sure this was an oversight and I do not fault the cleaning service for this misunderstanding. I will definitely give them a try for someone in Orange County.

I called for an appointment and Mary the owner returned my call immediately and scheduled an appointment that would work out for me and my timeline to get the service done before a family gathering and as a surprise for my wife. The purchase was a discounted price for 3 hours of cleaning and Mary sent two professionals for 1 1/2 hours each which worked out great. I will use Dutch Touch Housecleaning agency again on November 19t. just before Thanksgiving. They are prompt, efficient and very professional. I recommend them highly and will continue to use their services.

They listen to what your needs are and they get it done. They make sure you are satisfied with their work.

Very professional cleaning team for the first and 3rd service. The second service was not that great, but Mary was very responsive and got it corrected. I was very impressed with the cleaning team, very detail oriented and fast. I plan to use them on a regular basis.

They were good and got the job done. However, they neglected a few things but that's normal. They didn't do certain things like clean some baseboards and shutters. Other than the misses they did a perfectly good job. They were also very, very nice. It was worth my time and I recommend them.

It turned out great. Mary is the person in charge and she was extremely responsive and friendly. Their scheduling was great as well. I was very happy and I plan to use them again.

The two women arrived on time and did an excellent job. They worked hard and my house looks great.

They cleaned the floors and steam mopped the marble floors. Vacuumed the furniture, dusted all the counter tops and vacuumed the carpet. They also changed the linen on the beds and also cleaned all the bathrooms. It was a very hard and attention to detail cleaning.

This company damaged our brand new $5000 carpet when an inept employee spilled bleach on it. An ugly stain was left that still has not been fixed.

I had a Groupon for this company, and for $60 dollars, was to get 4 hours of cleaning. While they arrived late, when they did get here, the team cleaned extremely well. The main manager followed each person on the team, and made sure they did the work correctly. He himself tackled tasks I told him he didn't have to do: cleaning my books and bookshelves, and getting into the nooks and crannies of my office area. He did a remarkable job, turning my clutter into a more civilized order. He really went beyond the call of duty, and stayed until the job was done without charging more. Unfortunately, they work did not continue to be this well done. The 2nd time, things were not clean as should be expected, and some of the staff had changed and was not as well trained. A canister in the kitchen was dropped and the lid chipped, which I only discovered later. I get the sense that the first time out, they pay attention to keep the sale, and after that, their work deteriorates a lot. When I complained to the owner and asked that a different crew come to correct the problem, she refused, and the problem was not corrected.

Overall, the visit went well. I have no complaints. The are absolutely the best.

They are punctual. They are very good at what they do. They did exactly what I asked them to do.

I scheduled my appointment with Mary, the proprietor of Dutch Touch Cleaning. She was pleasant to speak with and was very accommodating of my rush request, despite a very full schedule of appointments. On the day of the appointment, the cleaning team arrived about an hour late to arrive but I knew there was a major accident on the freeway so I didn't hold that against them. They started with the upstairs and worked their way down meticulously. They were thorough and cleaned the shelves and all the hard-to-reach places. They had all their own tools, including vaccum, cleaners, mops, etc. I was especially impressed that they stayed an extra half hour to put the finishing touches on the downstairs. At the end, the house was very clean and I was satisfied with their service.
