I attempted to contact them and provided dates for the service, but they didn’t respond or show up on those dates.

I got this service as one of Angie's List specials, so the price was 50% off regular price. Mary, with DutchTouch was great. I scheduled a date, then asked to reschedule because my kitchen was being remodeled. I didn't call back to reschedule for over three months. Mary rescheduled without a problem. THEN, I asked to reschedule AGAIN because of the remodel, And again she was very pleasant, no questions asked, and gave me another date. Two women came to my house and they were all business. My house was filthy. They worked so fast, and worked their little butts off. My house was so clean for the first time in months. I would recommend them and use them again.

I was told that I was out of their service area, so I am getting a refund from Angie's List.

Scheduling was very easy. The ladies were very prompt and courteous. They performed the job in a timely manner. I would have liked to see a little more attention to detail (especially in the kitchen). However I know they had a limited amount of time and I am pretty picky when it comes to cleaning.

they never showed up as scheduled. I made the appointment 3 weeks in advance as I was having an event at my home on the weekend. Was disappointed as it left me in quite a bind on a Friday before a holiday weekend. Finally received a call after three phone contact attempts and one text message. Arrangements were made for a crew the next day on Saturday, then while I was off on an errand on the no show Friday scheduled day , yet a crew showed up to do the job 3hours after the original appointment?! They did great work as agreed and were professional. Then the next "rescheduled day" day a second crew showed up which were not needed as the job had been completed the previous day. Would recommend several confirmations as followup for other customers. The crew that did the work were good and professional..

It has been awhile since the service was provided. I used Dutch Touch in August of 2012 and had some concerns regarding the number of hours worked vs. hours purchased. (see previous review). I gave them a second chance when another deal appeared on Angie's List. I purchased a package for $84 for 2.5 hours of housecleaning. I remember that the house was clean, but it was not something that impressed me enough to use them again. I have since found another provider through Angie's List that cleans my house on a monthly basis.

This is the second time I am using Dutch Touch House cleaning and I have to say they are AMAZING!!!!! Mary, the person I have been in contact with is so friendly and flexible. I had to change my appointment a few times and she gladly made the switch for me. Mary's cleaning crew came to my house yesterday and not only cleaned but I swear they made my house look even more organized. Whatever cleaning supplies they use are great because my counters in both the bathroom and kitchen sparkle, plus there are no harsh scents. I have committed to using Dutch Touch housecleaning every month. They are professional and VERY good at what they do.

They came on time and cleaned the house with good quality. They were friendly and everyone involved was punctual and on time.

The work was very professional. They got lost and were 1 hour late, unfortunately. The crew followed our directions well.

For the initial time agreed to, I was very pleased with the results. Both the owner and I agreed that with more time they could have done an even better job. But I had to change the date a couple of times, and then the owner changed it to another time due to a conflict - little things that can drive you cray but this was handled very easily and professionally. I would recommend this company to anyone.

My wife is very critical and she said that we have had better. There is nothing wrong with them. If I was a single guy I would say it was great. They did a good job.

Even though the ad stated in bold print that it was a HOT L.A. DEAL, the service was actually based in Orange County. I was purchasing as a gift for my son, who lives in L.A. They tried to find a comparable company near his apartment to perform the housekeeping but were not successful. We received a refund....but a frustrating experience because we wanted the housekeeping for a special party my son and his roommate were having.

I was very happy with the excellent service provided by the Dutch Touch crew that came to my house. They were hard working and paid attention to detail. I would definitely use them in the future.

I used their services for house cleaning services. They arrived on time and got to work right away. I am in a small 1000 sqft.. apt. they were done in 2 hours. Good service overall. The crew was quick and efficient.

The ladies arrived on time and brought their own equipment. They were pleasant to work with and followed my instructions. They were respectful and professional.

They were very thorough. This was a very challenging job - a lot of stuff hadn't been done for a long time. They worked their hearts out and finished everything I needed done. The quality of the work was excellent, the attitudes cheerful and professional, and I was very pleased in all respects. The only thing that would have made the experience absolutely perfect would have been to receive a call ahead of time letting me know that the schedule had changed and they were coming two hours early. I was about to run to an appointment when they arrived and had to blow it off. Otherwise, when they got here they dug in and worked very hard and knew everything to do without any guidance from me at all. I was really impressed.

The provider was prompt in their arrival. the service I bought was for 5 hours of cleaning - 2 people for 2 1/2 hours. They did a good job. My main issue was that the equipment and products that they used was old, and not the best. The house did not have that clean smell, and I had to vacume again. They were very nice, just not quite as thorough as other services have been.

They did not do a great job vacumning or cleaning the tile floors and the house was missing that "freshly cleaned" smell (granted it's chemicals) that we enjoy when others clean.

I first called to set the appointment. I reached the owner of the company who was very friendly and immediately booked my appointment. Tuesday morning two maids came to my home and cleaned. I requested they dust a light feature at first they stated they were unable to do it, but found a way to dust them safely. When I came home my house looked and smelled great .

Excellent work product by nice people who are very committed to their job.
