The One

This company is great. They called before coming since it had been raining earlier. Did a wonderful job trimming the bushes and lawn work. Very clean work and asked before trimming certain bushes to make sure it was what I wanted. I highly recommend them. They left every thing very clean and neat. Highly recommend them and you will be very happy with their work.

Very competent, knowledgeable on installing decorative rock on our curb island. Work included removing old grass and some soil and a few tree roots. Work completed on schedule and cost was very reasonable. Versatile Handyman!

I am totally satisfied. After submitting my servicemagic quote request I received a call from Jose Luis within an hour and he scheduled my appointment right then. Jose was on time for my quote appointment and I hired his company to do a twice monthly lawn care and maintenance at my house. Workers from The One showed up on the scheduled days and did excellent work. Everything I was told by Jose Luis about his company and the services they would provides was 100% true.

He called me that same day, made an appointment to look at what I wanted, and showed up on time. He explained why what I wanted wasn't practicable, offered a couple alternatives, and we agreed on one. He returned on time when he said he would, did the work to which he agreed, and charged me exactly what he estimated. To me everything he did was professional, more than reasonably priced, and accomplished well within the timeframe. I can't ask more of anyone and would not hesitate to recommend him to anyone.

even though he could not do the job to his best, my drapery were pretty much behind help, he managed at least to make them look half way decent and he hung them almost the way they were, it was a very challenging job but he did very well and did not leave till it looked the way he though they were before they were ruined very good i would call him again
