I have an issue with the customer service of this Terminix branch in San Bernardino, CA. On June 22, 2020, Frank Serrano came for our annual inspection - we have a Drywood Termite Contract with them. He found evidence of subterranean termites. Also, there was wood rot on a door frame he said that the company could arrange to be repaired. On June 24, Chris Parps came and we bought a second contract from him. He told us that he would set up the rot fix and would call us back. Not hearing from him after a few days, I called and left a message, but still no call back. We payed him $509 up front, but that was not followed up with the contract being sent. I went to their office on July 6 and spoke to Branch Manager Adam Hemmes. He told me that Chris was in a class but would call me in the afternoon and that he himself would email the contract. Still, there was no call from Chris. On July 8 Adam emailed the contract and said Chris would call me in the afternoon. It never happened. I sent a complaint email to Adam on July 15. He apologized and said he would would work with Chris on followup. We never did get a repair referral, from Chris or Adam.
