Mike Shaw did a fantastic job on my deck and patios, and all walkways around my house. I posted several more pictures, but this website would only accept three photos. All my patios, deck, and walkways look like they are brand new. The concrete walkways were originally done in 1983 when the house was built, and had never been cleaned. I could not believe the difference before and after!! My deck and back patio were done in early 2000 and I was especially impressed with my deck railings- the deck is a made of composite decking and the railings are white vinyl and they are so clean & beautiful again!! I had no idea that my deck patio could look so amazing!! Mike is punctual. He is efficient and professional and he is fast! Mike also did my gutters on another visit. Again, I could not believe how fast and awesome they came out and drained so efficiently when all the rain came. You will not be disappointed with the cleaning services that Mike Shaw will provide! Goes the extra mile

Michael is very thorough, reliable and consistent. He’s very easy to get ahold of and very nice. My windows alsways look great!!

Michael does a thorough job with cleaning our display windows. He goes above and beyond by cleaning our wood window sill and wiping down any cobwebs from the high areas in front.

I would recommend highly. I will be using them again!

Very personable and kept in touch, about when he would be at my house. He did gutters and dryer vent. Michael is very reasonable in his rates!

Good phone contact thru the entire project. Polite over the phone snd in person. Showed interest in the job by keeping in contact as I researched other options. Lowest bid of 4 contacts.

They arrived during the scheduled time window, completed the job in a reasonable amount of time and cleaned up nicely.

I was so impressed that they could provide same day service. They were excellent communicators, performed the job quickly and efficiently. Would recommend and would be my first call for service in the future.

Show up on time, did not have the right tools for the job. Was asking me for nozzle. Also before starting they mentioned to scrap and wash the gutters. But they only scrap the front and just spray the side and back one with a low-pressure nozzle. Could not check the work as they did not have proper access set up for themselves or mine. Zero safety as they went to slope edges without any hardness. Not recommending.

He did not do a thorough job. Some windows looked great but several did not. I was not pleased that he just used dish soap and water and did not frequently change the water. Most of the time he used dirty water. I had to show him Windows he missed and he didn t clean all the tracks. We spent time yesterday doing tracks and windows he missed. He was quick to tell me there would be an additional charge but did not deduct Windows he couldn t reach. I don t recommend him. I m sure there are better window cleaners out there although hard to find.

Showed up super late. Did not do a good job cleaning. I had to hire someone else to come clean again.

Mike was 20 minutes late to clean my house gutters. He said he'd come back if down spouts didn't drain. Two down spouts are still clogged. I called him to have them cleaned out. He didn't return my phone call. When I got ahold of him he made an appointment to come back. He didn't show up for his appointment. I called him again. He acted like he forgot the appointment. I re-scheduled appointment to clean the two down spouts. Again he did not show. No phone call he just didn't show up.

Mike was competent, knowledgeable, very nice, and affordable in cleaning all gutters & downspouts. Next, we’re hiring him to put gutter guards on top of the gutters.
