The company rep never showed up, he never called and my gutters never got cleaned! I will NEVER use this service again. Please do not call me to straighten the issue out, I am not interested in excuses or discounts. I work for a large computer chip manufacturer in Folsom and if I treated the customers that I support like this I would have been fired years ago. This is completely unacceptable!

The specific project was cleaning my house gutters and I asked that they removed some gutter covers that were not working for me. My gutters were extra dirty and they did a great job. They even called to say they would be 10 minutes late! I'm very happy with the service provided.
