Would dodge the question when i asked for a contract and never wrote one out, broke 2 of my lighting fixtures (they replaced these), 2 window panes (they replacedone with plexiglass which is plastic and denied the other one), got paint everywhere including my front steps, left a truckload of garbage after saying they'd remove all of it, left asbestos everywhere, destroyed $500 worth of crown molding by cutting it wrong, and left beer bottles that they were drinking on the job in my sink. I'm afraid to have anyone work on my house ever again at this point.

This home was worked on 9 months before this review. For sure a contract was wrote and sent for this job. If she truly had an issue she could’ve contacted me. One light fixture was already broken and we replaced for free. We were going to replace windows on the door until [Member Name Removed](customer) told me we didn’t have too because she was replacing doors. Now she is claiming we didn’t want to replace them. We left no garbage behind. Only a small area to clean which I offered to go clean and she insisted she can do it herself. The crown molding was added for free and we only damage one piece. This is all blackmail. Customers could’ve contacted me 9 months ago about issues instead of trying to bring my reviews down. She literally told me the house looked great. Photos she showed was before finished product. We also let her stay home so she could save money on hotels and still not appreciative. We also requested to not have anything in the way and she did not comply and left dishes in cabinets and left items in all rooms which caused more work for us. Here at Jr.Bg.Construction our goal is to leave customers 100% satisfied. If my work wasn’t good why did it take 9 months to review, sounds more like a financial problem to me.

They did a great job patching up an ugly hole created during some plumbing work. Communication was great, arrived on time and left the work area clean.
