My windshield cracked from top to bottom. Contacting my insurance provider, I was directed to another vendor. Wanting to shop, I checked Angie's List, finding All Star Glass, Roseville, CA. Their price was better by nearly $50.00, able to affect repair sooner and came to my residence vs. traveling to the other vendors shop.
Being a warm day, I wanted the installer to be more comfortable so the garage was made available –something he appreciated.
The tech arrived about 10-minutes early, did a great job and was gone in about an hour! He was very careful handling the large, awkward glass from my truck. Final installation was factory-clean, with no air, or water leaks. Great job!

They were good, they came to my job, fixed the windshield, cleaned the truck, and rolled out.

Showed up on time, was nice, did what he said he would in a timely manner.

After looking at Angie's List, I was uncomfortable with the provider that was the default for my insurance company. Luckily, the insurance company had an agreement with All Star as well. I was prepared to pay a $250 deductible. The day before the initially scheduled appointment All Star called and explained that they were going to be short staffed and asked if I'd be willing to delay two days in exchange for them covering $50 of the deductible and I agreed.
Their technician called me at my office at the very beginning of the time window they had given me. I took him into the building's parking garage; he replaced the windshield quickly and beautifully (especially good job with the gasket); gave me clear instructions as to follow-up (regarding not washing the car right away); and billed me the $200 as agreed. Very friendly and professional.
Overall a great experience. Good folks. Absolutely would recommend.

What nice guys! I told them the wrong year for my car so when they arrived at my house to replace it they had the wrong windshield. They were super cool about it and made an appointment to come back a couple days later. They came back for the 2nd time and my carport was leaking in the rain so again they could not do the job. Still, they were super cool about it. Finally got my act together on the 3rd trip and they got it in quick without a problem. Every visit they were on time and polite.

The technician was prompt, courteous and professional. He broke out and cleaned up the mess of the damaged glasses, then prepared the surfaces for the replacement glass and used special grade adhesive to install the new ones. He had three vehicles to work on, doing so one at a time. He accomplished the work in about two hours time. Best of all, this service comes to you! Since we had three vehicles needing attention, it saved us the stress and time involved in juggling how to get three different vehicles to and from the shop.

From the first contact with the company, they were polite, helpful and made arrangements for me to have my windshield repaired at my convenience.
I would definitely recommend them to anyone.

We didn't have to pay anything because the insurance paid for it, but what they charged the insurance was $60.00. We were very pleased with them. We would definitely call them again.

Located All Star on Angie's list Tuesday and called to have a windshield replacement in my 1995 Bronco. They called me within`10 minutes of sending my interest. They worked the quote twice to give me the best possible price for the quality of service I wanted. Surprisingly, they said they would be out between1 and 5 the next day. I figured closer to 5 or 6 -- as had always been me experience. To my surprise the technician puled into my driveway at 1:05pm, got right to work and was done by 2. Worked efficiently, with great care to the vehicle and was very friendly and gave me a good assessment of the window frame.
This was so much above my expectations that I will always use All Star Glass and full recommend them as well for any auto glass job.

My lawn care dude was his weed whacker when he picked up a small stone, aimed it for the rear passenger side window. Smashed to smithereens.
Checked with Angie and then called Auto Glass 4 Less -- mainly cuz Angie approved, and they came to me! Got the estimate over the phone and then an hour or so later they were at my door!
Chatted with the tech -- he said he had been doing windows for a goodly number of years. Was very neat, clean, vacuumed the backseat, taking out baby car seats, floor mats, etc., to make certain all the glass was cleaned up.
Once the window was installed, the stress test was applied -- using the electric window gadgets to lower and raise the windows multiple times. I was a happy camper.
Alas, and Alack, 2 days later, the window stopped working! Oh, my, what to do? I called them, and they came on their shining steed to fix the problem.
To this day, the window has worked like the factory installed one!
So, I am definitely a very happy window raiser and lowerer!

LOVE them. I received a HUGE crater in my window at 6 in the morning on I-80 on my way to work. I stumbled on to All Star Glass through Angie's list and they were kind, responsive and came out that same day. I am so glad. I really did not have to go from Sacramento to San Francisco in pending pouring rain with that crater in my window. Plus, not even a week later on another section of I-80 I got another dent. At least this time instead of replacing it they were able to repair with almost nothing visible at the end. Again, nice, responsive and we all had a good laugh. Although I am convinced California dislikes me and will continue to throw rocks at me for awhile :) Thank goodness I found All Star to keep me going.

This is my fourth windshield (due to vehicles kicking up road debris - I must be jinxed). I've used All Star Glass and a competitor before. The All Star technician came by my house. He was friendly, fast, and effective, and I had my new windshield in less than an hour. The only issue was that although he cleaned the glass before installing it, the inside still had some kind of film on it. I needed to go back over it thoroughly with some glass cleaner after he left.
All Star appears to do as good a job as the competitor, at a lower price.

I called up Friday afternoon, and the receptionist set me up for the next morning. Everything went very smoothly.
