I like the old fashioned idea of doing diagnostics for free before recommending the cost to fix my computer- you don't see that much anymore. In addition, TechWizard prices are discounted well below the big commercial repair chains. We've used our tech, Jason, for years. He always has a smile and patiently explains the technical jargon in layman's terms so we understand what he is doing and why.

I know very little about computers and how things work. Jason was very knowledgeable and patient with me in addressing every question or concern I had. He never made me feel like an idiot. Jason, the TechWizard was just that! My computer had serious issues and Jason tackled the job with gusto! He kept me informed every step of the way. He explained things and helped me to understand what the problems were and what solutions might be available. Jason went the extra mile and made sure that things were running smoothly once my computer was up and running. My Carbonite back-up took a little over 2 weeks and once it was complete, the TechWizard returned to my house and made sure that all of the items that weren't restored from the Carbonite back-up were restored from an auxiliary back-up he had prepared "just in case." Jason understood my concerns about not losing data and worked very hard to fix my computer and bring everything up-to-date so that I will have optimal function going forward. The TechWizard now has me as a customer for life!
