Took down an elm and some shorter privets along a fence while having to deal with utility lines going through the branches. Omar was on time every time and did the work as promised. His crew picked up branches throughout yard and even swept up the sidewalk! They suggested placing cut up tree trunks on my outside grass strip for folks to pick up and within 3 days they were gone! I'll use again and recommend.

I called this company to ask about removing some ivy for my property. They agreed and we set a date to meet for an initial consultation and estimate. Omar was over an hour and a half late, after I called up to three times to check if he was coming and when. I was frustrated, obviously, but he finally showed up and gave me an estimate. I decided to book the company and again they were over an hour late to our appointment time - a time that they picked, by the way. I wouldn’t have even known they were going to be late if I hadn’t called. The work was completed to my satisfaction but the customer service leading up to the work was so terrible that I wouldn’t recommend this business.

Omar and his crew did a fantastic job taking out 4 enormous oleanders and grinding the stumps and roots. They were efficient, thorough and cleaned up everything so well I could barely tell they were here, much less the oleanders. Also, they offered the best price, which was very reasonable.

Get an estimate in writing before hiring so it's clear for both parties.

First time using Home Advisor and I couldn't be more pleased about the experience. Omar and all of his crew were awesome. Within 1 hour they took care of broken limbs and thinning out ones that were way too long and would probably have broken in the future. I highly recommend these guys. Money well spent.

Omar and his crew were very pleasant and worked diligently until our 80 foot redwood tree was removed. They did not leave any mess, and not only the large tree stump, but all the surface roots were ground up. We were very impressed with the work that was done and will highly recommend Quality Tree care to anyone that needs a job done quickly and completely, and the price was very fair.

2 hours late, no call

Quick service and response time. We both agreed in the end to having them unload their wood chips in our yard for our use, but it was frustrating that the load of chips was not a clean load (as they initially had said) and contained huge stumps which we now have to figure out how to get rid of.

As he promised, all of his employees knew exactly what they were doing, they were super careful, attentive and hard working. They even chopped all my wood and CLEANED the brush.
