All I have to say about Quality Tree Care is that I will hire them again and would recommend them to my family and friends. That is serious word of mouth! Great customer service (Nomar) and a crew that gets it done! These guys showed up with the right tools and equipment, worked quickly and cleaned up beyond my expectation. Thanks for a job well done.

The guys were polite and friendly. Worked fast and cleaned up after themselves so much that you would never know that they were there, except for the tree that they removed (including the stump). Great customer service. I will be using them again in the future.

They came in the morning to do an estimate and was able to do the job a couple hours later. They removed 3 bushes and their stumps. Fast service and cleaned up great. Good customer service as well. Would recommend them to whoever needs tree/bush service.

They removed 3 trees, bushes and ground out 7 stumps. they did a fantastic job and left the area clean. The price was very reasonable. We are very satisfied and would recommend them highly.

They were terrific. Omar and crew actually showed up early, which was fine by me because it was going to be a hot day. Within an hour and a half they had cleared the huge, huge tangle of blackberry brambles in my backyard and had cut down the big volunteer fig tree in the middle of the blackberries. They continued picking at blackberry roots, cleared weeds in my yard, put down cardboard I had to smother the grass, then covered the cardboard with my bags of mulch. My backyard is now workable again for me. The work crew was very polite and appropriately dressed for the job (not in tatty jeans). They were focused, fast and professional. I would definitely recommend Quality Tree Care and I will be using them again.

As a previous reviewer posted, there was also communication problems with getting Omar & his crew out to do work we agreed on. They did a good job & cleaned up afterward, but if the company wants to improve their customer rating they need to improve their customer service. Having a local # to call would help. When I called the # on the estimate we were given, it was a # in Bakersfield. The man that answered did not speak good English so I did not know if he understood the message I wanted to leave.

They arrived promptly at the agreed upon time! I will hire them in the Fall !
